Yes, they do it for Zara or H and M and produce average quality $20 bags. The whole purpose of carefully handmade items with the best quality raw materials is the high quality and durability which makes luxury brands like LV what they are.
Not so much artistry and craftsmanship put into it. Dior bags on the other hand are art pieces.
Looks cheap to me. Its just a name.
