Are you staying in Dubai for the Qatar World Cup 2022? Dubai is known for its extravagance, and the sheer cost of being here would probably deter many. 6:47 Cafeterias in Dubai and the Gulf in general are small low priced eateries where you can get hot and cold beverages and light snacks like samosas as well as bigger meals like an omelette for breakfast or a biryani for lunch. The main thing is that they are low cost. Mostly frequented by the male workers in the area. They are mostly run by Indians.

@@2Passports1Dream We broke 38ºC in May and it stayed like that until October, June July and August saw temps above 43ºC with the record for the year being in July of 46.11ºC and don't let anyone kid you when they say "oh but it's a dry heat" it's still hecking hot! 😊

Seeing you travel a lot, have you been to the Sound and Light show in Luxor in Egypt (Nile river cruise included on a dhow). I'm sure you would love it. Beware of people who get too close to you or you will realize later they got your wallet or something else you treasure.

Went to Dubai last November, thought that was quite hot. You must have been boiling, mind you we have just had 2 days of 40 degrees here in the UK and that was bad enough. Found Dubai to be expensive and a little soulless but very bling 🤑💸🇦🇪
It’s definitely expensive - so we were pretty shocked that this wasn’t a failed $100 challenge! 😅 haha oh yes at least dubai is equipped for the heat - the U.K. literally starts to melt 😅

It’s hard to say! If you’re covered (like a hat) and have plenty of water then probably for a while! For us it was probably a max for a couple of hours at a time with breaks needed in air conditioned places haha!
I suppose the heat is a quick way to lose any unwanted weight…lol

13:10 Kunafa is my favourite Arabic sweet. The one you tried does not look authentic and you definitely should not be getting an overwhelming smell of cheese. It should smell sweet. It should be stringy but not gooey. You need to visit a proper Kunafa shop or Lebanese or Syrian sweet shop to try the real thing. Plenty of these in Dubai.

And by the way the sandwiches actually cost 3 dirams it's like 0.75 or a 1 dollar and the sweets cost 10 tops so it's like 3.50 dollars for next time don't go to restaurants just get your food from a nice cafeteria same sandwiches less than half price 😉👊🏾
