Hurricane Harvey in Houston

Weather Service has said the flooding is a once in a thousand year event. It has since been downgraded to a tropical storm, but is not moving and is flooding a lot of the south Houston area. I am in the north Houston area. If we have to evacuate, I plan to attach floaties to my wheelchair and a propeller :-)
