I love this deck so much. Sometimes I find decks that are esoteric or highly themed don't really dig into the meaning of RWS with how they draw the pips-- for example, some might just redraw an animal in place of the character, or they scale back too much. I find this deck holds the true meaning very close and pulls it to a higher meaning. For example, the four of pentacles. It isn't shying away from the RWS artwork/positions and it's taking the meaning further and deeper.
Just discovered this deck recently and now it’s my absolute favorite. I am SO PICKY when it comes to decks and the imagery I connect with, and you summed up everything I feel about it so perfectly. I’m also very color and symbolism driven and for some reason that’s hard for me to find in a deck haha
GORGEOUS deck. Incredible imagery...appears to be inspired. Guidebook is available at the website. Surely hope there will be a printed, detailed Guidebook available at some point. Thank you for sharing~

I personally love that it doesn't have a detailed guidebook, only because this deck does seem to beg one to use their intuition to interpret the images. Some thoughts on the 5 of Swords: This particular image brings to mind the phrase "punching down" with that giant fist, and the little figures in the bottom left looking distraught and defeated. It also kind of gives me a feeling of the broader idea of "oppression", which is one of my keywords for the 5 of Swords in certain contexts.
YES! The more I've sat with that 5, the more it's landed for me and I DO totally agree, after working with it this week , that it's a powerful intuitive deck!
Ok wow….I didn’t pay attention to this campaign and now that I’m seeing the deck I’m 🤯🤯🤯. I have nothing that has this kind of energy in my collection…I feel like the Star Tarot does a teeny bit in terms of the color and slightly cosmic feel but this is wayyy more cosmic. Just wow wow wow. I might need this.
I am rewatching this a I do another flip through of my new 2nd edition. There are a few significant changes to some of the imagery, but I don't think I mind. One thing I notice is that cards that had something indistinct about them are even more so. The 8 of pentacle is the same and it is my favorite example of that card so far. In my mind, the figure is taking the Ideas in their head and making them manifest either by writing it down or mixing it in a bowl.
So glad you did this video. I got it last week and did a walkthrough with my own impressions. I LOVE everything about it EXCEPT for the box art, cardbacks and metallic edging. I understand you have a video showing how to file metallic edging off. For me, that will make it a warmer, friendlier, and more useable deck. The cold sharp edging cuts me off from embracing it. (yes, it reminded me of Mystic Mondays, but also Seventh Sphere...light energy beings-White Witch Tarot).
The only reason I am staying off this deck is the price and no guide book included. It’s on the higher price range with $70 … so no guide book stopped me from buting it

I am an Aquarian and love a cosmic vibe ( as a kid in the 70's I was taken by my dad to see the animated futuristic film Fantastic Planet and it became a real touchstone for me) and this deck totttttalllly gives me those feels. Also I think this deck will pair purrrrrfectly with Lemurian Starchild Oracle which I have never seen you talk about and leads me to think you don't have it and I think you'd LOVE it! !) Cannot wait to receive this deck. It will always be a "Lisa made me do it" deck"!
I think this deck is stunning! I’ve been thinking about a deck for mediumship and when I saw this one I was like this is it! I have to wait though and see if it goes mass. Fingers crossed because I haven’t seen anything else that comes close to feeling right in that for me. I saw a ghost tarot by Lo S but that just wasn’t it for me. So I’ve been waiting and whew….this one is it.
okay, so, watching this and seeing the devil card is what has convinced me to back the kickstarter for the 2nd edtition - first kickstarter for me \o/ it comes with a guidebook this time so I'm hoping we'll get some insight from the artist, I honestly prefer to know what was behind the artists vision than a bunch of keywords or meanings. both would be awesome! ;) thanks for this

Beautiful deck, technically not reversible backs, the colors around the eyeball (top yellow, bottom pink) but that shouldn't be very noticeable. And I think it's kind of a cool small detail.
The six of Pentacles, before I saw the figures in shadow, I saw it as me being the person without who needs charity. I’m working with this deck this month, and watching you enjoy it so much has re-ignited my excitement about it.
I completely agree with you Lisa, this deck is everything that I really wanted Mystic Mondays to be, but ultimately as beautiful and evocative as this deck is I still cannot connect with it the way that I would love to because the creator has chosen to not include her thought process behind her artwork in the meanings of the cards and I can't justify purchasing a 70 dollar deck that doesn't include a guidebook, and an in depth one at that. It's fine she wants to keep the meanings on the website but whyyyyy do they not explain the artwork and help us understand it on a deeper level?!?! 😢 I'm definitely selfish in that way with decks too, being able to work with really good guidebooks is how I'm able to form a better connection with my decks. So while I had considered backing this deck when it was on kickstarter I decided that it's just not for me. Maybe I will eventually get it or maybe I'll never feel that it's a right fit for me in the end but I can at least enjoy this deck by living vicariously through you!!!!!
It’s not for me. I would describe it as “creepy candy coloured galactic alien tarot”. But that’s the beauty of having so many tarot decks out there - there’s something for everyone. It’s not for me, but glad others love it.
Odd. I almost backed this deck but didn't because it reminded me of Mystic Mondays. And I actually like the MM deck, so I didn't feel like I'd use this one. And I thought I'd regret it, but...I don't after seeing it now. Those figures (whatever kind of beings they're supposed to be) is actually turning me off. Still pretty, but...idk.
It's pretty, yes. But I hate this art style. I don't think it's conducive to my reading style. It's too much...overstimulating. All of a sudden, I understand why people don't love busy cards. These cards aren't busy as far as detail, but the cards have too much going on with the colors, the eye tricks, and the dramatic close ups. I'll be interested to see how long this deck lasts for you.
At first I thought the cloth matched the deck. Afterwards I thought not as much. May I suggest use a cloth that matches one of the colors on the back. I’d pick a color that you see less of or I’m thinking a chartreuse color. The back of the deck is gorgeous colors fantastic , oh that’s weird when you pulled out deck the backs was different from what I saw on the box cover. Thought the backs would look like the cover . I’m so disappointed. As the cover is way and I mean way nicer looking.
