I have a purple shamrock plant. She was doing perfectly until about a month or so ago. Her leaves turned a slight mildew white color and they dried out. I cut the sick looking leaves and now it looks much better with just a few leaves. Now I see little grey spots on some of the leaves, and I'm not sure why. I moved it to a less lit area and it kind of liked it there, but that's when I noticed the grey spots. I moved it again today to a filtered window in hopes of helping my plant get better. You any suggestions?

Can you send pics to letsgroweco@gmail.com? I am not sure what the grey spots are. Maybe fertilizer residue salts? Let me see from pic then I can better assess the issue with your Oxalis. 😀🪴

can i plant them outside on the ground?

Hi ! Yes, you can, but you want to place them in a protected area, free from any large leaf drop (big plams/ trees) . Leaf fall could crush the thin stems of the oxalis. But....in a potted container on patio, that might be a better option. Also, do no place in full sun, best to place in partial sun. Full sun might scorch leaves.😀🪴

Hi Dan. I am not sure. i have not grown ours in a medium like that. It might work, but I am not 100% sure. Maybe if you can propagate your shamrock by removing one of her rhizomes (bulbs) from mother plant and try it out with baby plant and if it doesn't work you still have momma. I did a video on propagating purple shamrock if you want to know more here is the link: ruclips.net/video/udscgiH0zLc/видео.html
