This thing is a freaking monster for the price!! I got mine on a black Friday sale for under $900!! A scan tool of this caliber would cost $2000+ from autel. 5 years ago, this same caliber scan tool would have cost thousands!!
If you making another video about this tool would you cover the x431 fix? Because here in philippines it's so hard to find wiring diagram. I tried mitchell,alldata,idetififix and motologic but only few covered according to philippine car units. I think launch has it all wiring diagrams. No videos in the internet can deeply explain x431 fix. Hope you will a video soon.
Do you think the xtool ip919 is comparable to this tool? Ive been watching both and cant seem to make up my mind. I know the launch has alot you can add to it, but im asking more so about the functionality of the tool itself. It seems like the data refresh rate is faster on the xtool and i like how still shows you live readings on the data pid selection screen. Do special functions and vehicle coverage seem similar?
Both are loaded top of the line tools for sure. For me the kick stand on the elite is a big plus and I am more used to the Launch software so I'd lean that way, but for someone that hasn't worked with either, Its a toss up.
I had a IP919, I returned it after 1 day It doesn't have 2022+ newer Ford vehicles, and no kickstand I ordered one of these, let's see if it's any better
This launch is definitely the better tool. The xtool is a great scan tool, no doubt, but this scan tool does a whole lot more and has a lot more add modules too. This is definitely the way to go!!
