This is one of the most useful car reviews I've seen. Such a great idea to answer specific questions raised, as it gives an accurate idea of what the Polestar is like to live with day-to-day. Very useful, thanks.
This is the best review I've seen of the car (and I've watched many from all around the world). Great detail combined with relevant information. I love the questions from viewers and the thought you put into the answers. Thank you.
hired a polestar for an upcoming drive from syd to melb cos I figured it would be great for my first time driving a full EV. I'll get to see how much range anxiety I get if any. A yr ago my uber was a polestar and i spent whole trip peppering driver with Qs abt his Polestar cos I loved the interior and the ext design. I've watched a dozen vids reviewing it and so far this is my fav vid. Excellent work !
Really enjoyed this review, it’s incredibly useful to hear from someone who has been using the car as their daily driver for an extended period of time, thanks Susannah! It’s made me more excited to take delivery of a Polestar 2 in June.
Nice review. Only two comments from a 2-year owner: 1. With one-pedal off you still have full regenerative braking. I find this the most relaxing and efficient driving experience. 2. The adaptive pixel LED are absolute top when driving at night on curvy mountain roads whith potential deer crossings.
Excellent review. I have the exact same model except it's dual motor and am really pleased with it. One minor criticism: please don't use the magic words 'Hey Google' as it triggers people's Google Assistant devices at home. You could always press the button on the steering wheel instead, explaining to your viewers that they could use the 'magic words' if they want.
Good review and format in general. One mistake to point out is that the car regenerates no matter the settings. It's only for pedal feel/setting how you wan't it to behave. The Porsche Taycan does not slow down when you lift of, but when you touch the brakes it still can regenerate 360kW which is massive, so even if you touch the brakes it's not actually using the physical brakes for a long time.
Hi. Is the regen factored into range estimates? I mean if you have a range of 300km and aren't doing any regen driving at a constant speed, will you get that range or will it be less because of having no regen.
Great car and excellent review of the car, problem is this car does not solve the environmental debate. The additional carbon footprint from the extraction and refining of the additional copper, nickel & lithium, amongst key elements, will take 5 years of ownership to payback when you factor in charging. Unless you are 100% off the grid, you are charging with a majority of fossil fuel power sources in Australia. I love what cars like this do for the energy discussion and hope Green Hydrogen can become vastly more economical to produce as a genuine alternative to the environmental impact the production of the batteries for these cars cause. Buy this car because it’s a great car, it’s futuristic, looks great with fantastic tech included, but don’t buy this car for environmental reasons, the data simply does not support it.
Susannah Guthrie is seriously one of the most beautiful women in the world. I can listen to her talk about cars all day everyday. Please Drive, more car reviews for this living legend!

The best review of the Polestar 2 on RUclips! Thank you so much!

Great review thanks. A lot of very interesting and relevant questions answered.
Fantastic video, very informative and answered pretty much all of my questions. Good job!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love driving my Polestar
This is a really good "real world" review - thanks
Well done review. Thank you!

Great "real life" review of this car. A lot of very relevant questions answered.
Two lovely ladies in this video 😍: Susannah and Polly the Polestar

Ive got the LRSM and Im getting maybe 360km max (80% charge) at the moment
good review. thanks.
You're welcome!
The pano roof is NOT the issue, its the other SIX windows. Once you have them tinted, you wont notice it at all. I live in Miami and its fine.
No need for range anxiety if you have more chargers. Like the Tesla Supercharger network - fast and reliable.
Good morning can you please explain if polestar is going on the night shift better than day time shift please
Great practical review
The best car review ever!
Is that colour Sno or Magnesium?
Thanks for the great review! One thing... I believe you can access tesla destination charge... its a ccs.
Ask google what to do, if you cant do it your self?

Too bad it has such glitchy tech….and the customer service…is basically useless
No need to jump in the air
