That's not on the set of Ip Man and that's not Donnie Yen. Also if I remember correctly Ip Chun is not in any Donnie Yen Ip Man films but he was in a Wing Chun film called The Legend is Born Ip Man

Chun is on another level! He looks old and frail but when he gets into contact with you, his power becomes immediately evident. Some years ago I got the chance to meet him and while he was demonstrating chi sau, he ripped my sleeve clean off! His arms are like steel wrapped in Velcro. It was a truly humbling experience, to say the least. Lol.

yeah man the practice of traditional martial arts really teaches you how to meld mind and body. I have a lot of political disagreements with Chuck Norris, but it's undeniable, he is in his mid 70s I think at this point and he's still doing martial arts, and he'll probably still be doing it in his 90s.
Guys like that, maybe they can't kick you in the head anymore, but they don't really need to. You'll block their slow movement with one hand, and you'll think oh yeah he's too old to beat me, and they'll strike you in the solar plexus, groin, kidney etc with their other hand. Because now they're close enough....that's what years of experience teaches them. :-)
I saw a video, a guy went to Taiwan to visit an older master, and the master gives him a staff with a blade and the end and says lunge at me, make you sure you commit, and the guy takes a step forward and lunges, but then the master sways his body just slightly so it completely misses him, and already has his finger in the young guy's armpit (it hurts BAD to get struck there btw). :-O

I thought I was a badass until I studied IP WING CHUNG and it changed my entire life my Outlook on everything became better and more positive Thank You to my sifu Roberts Salvage and his son Dar!! As I get older and keep practicing I get better, faster and stronger. I handle physical confrontations completely differently now. People in the streets that say they're a badass and get tested all the time, but no one has even tried me they will talk a lot of crap but they coward off because I wont back down none of them will even test me.
That's what most think until they come across the wrong guy and get their ass kicked royally, I wouldn't advise looking for a fight just to test your progress, martial arts are for defense, not for showing off

@@KeyboardistChannelNot really I train wing Chun for years and aswell Tai Chi Juan for Combat -then there are different ways in tai Chi some just train it for good feeling relaxation and so on. For Combat its totally different. Its more like a snake stile in tai chi Juan or chuan its the its calling the hit with the taile. But my mentors all 3from China many many people have become trainers and got there diplom for either Tai Chi constructers aswell as wing Chun. But Tai Chi = Means the grand ultimate Slam and its very useful deppends who how good how the person how much he wants. But it was the first Fighting Art in China for selfdefence and thoose who used it since the beginning Ming dynastin and more the have such a Internal power they put their finger tips on my palm directly blows just from Touch not Hoting he just said lift up your hand and open it when he puted hes finger at my palm i feelt the energy almost like a shoot of electrical power they put their hole lifes to achieve this and its not all who does. Its hard takes all life anyone will or not anyone but mostly deppends who intersted the human being is to reach that level but one thing is forsure you will get the understanding then you can start Train. But this Sifou-Master maybe old shaking because of age and more but he knows this comes all automatically its the same for me i learn and training some people friends nowdays on wing Chun they are stunned. Its not for all people but for thoose who want to really and keeps up and get in to it heh they are hard to defeat. Im not talking about thoose knuckle heads That goes up and think the will beat or meet a mma guy or who or whatever they are not master the are stone Heads that dont understand the standing in wing chuns first normall position thats insane sooo stupid. Im also pressure points master Look at Instagram Zaki Omerta and you will see what there says and iv also sended videos to England. The benefits from a lot just its dangerous boy gee eyes down stairs guys you know what i Mean and throat neck just dangerous points so its not necessary to use a lot of energy efficiency it goes quickly if you know how to defend or use your body as a deadly tool Because it is for deadly-lethal strikes and Tactical stikes and Paralyzying strikes and this comes in and gets stucked in the muscle part of brain...!!! This is what makes wing Chun devestating for the opponent deppends on who.but if you dont know how to control and dont do this hits then its good very good but hard takes time long time and patience. Thats why wing Chun is not aloud in MMA. And people That underestimate wing chun i can understand why but at the same time heh. Please people that knows and has knowledge knows what is best for each and everyone knows best what suits them..but wing Chun Amazing super good aslong as you know how to control your energy combined with some other important things then you are ready to go. As a former bouncer I have used wing chun and praying mantis techniques very frequently.
It gives you a better feeling of the flow and you can anticipate a whole lot better.
THIS RIGHT HERE^ you can even get to a point where you train and spar with your eyes CLOSED. People who rely on a small mix(if not just one form) tend to forget what made Bruce Lee so renowned in the martial arts world. He blended a few worthy arts into his own art and proved his point of view which is ‘do what works best for you.’ Once you’ve achieved a movement speed, reaction time and anticipation along with a great knowledge of the arts it comes down to knowing what works best against your opponent/opponents. To summarize; telegraphing is a mofo if you don’t realize your opponent is good at reading it and you don’t have enough knowledge or practice against a worthy opponent. Just don’t underestimate your opponent and don’t put anything passed them that might be used to dupe you into defeat.
