    I cook my ribeyes, and porterhouses in my air fryer…they come out super!

      Me too! Mine has a grill plate feature, and we do all our burgers and steaks.

    Thats how i clean my cast iron. Sometimes if its real greasy feeling i will use soap. I know, we're not supposed to.

      I sure do use soap after I deglaze it. I think they didn’t use soap when it was that harsh lye soap back in the olden days

    A Porterhouse steak is just a very thick T-Bone the top is New York Strip and the smaller part is tenderloin.

    Add Avocado into your icecream or even egg...no joke..raw egg with oliveoil, add just cream or avocado to it...if you wish flavors...its only possible to use LMNT flavors& colors or protein powder without sugar

    Hey Terri, next time you fix a steak let it set out an hour to come to room temperature. Less cooking time and it’ll be a more even cook. Also, if you’re looking for another meal option I buy beef stew meat and cook it 8 hours in my crockpot with just enough water to coat the bottom to prevent sticking and before it’s done(maybe an hour before) I add a stick of Kerry gold butter. It’s delicious and easily makes me 4 meals.

    A Porterhouse and T-bone are steaks that are both cut from the Beef loin. They both include one side that is a strip steak and the other side (the smaller side) is a tenderloin/filet. The Porter house is cut from the rear of the Beef loin and has a larger tenderloin portion.

    All you need is zantham gum to thicken your creami. At least that makes it perfect for me?? That steak looked so good!!! Thanks for sharing. 💗🙏

    The porterhouse is a step above the T-bone. It has an extra piece of meat on it (tenderloin?) I learned that WAY back in the day when I worked at Ponderosa right out of high school HA! Oh MAN it looks delish!

    I can't seem to put anything on my steak except garlic powder, salt and pepper. I do lay ot in 3 thin pads of butter while it rests.❤

    I didn't know adding butter was fancy, I just started doing that. Pork shoulder extra thin. It was on sale. I lift weights to keep using my cast iron. I figure I have a smaller one so not all will be lost.

    Them bones for nawing on Terrbear! Personally, I prefer a pork chop bone for nawing.
    Edit ~ about the time I hit post on my comment, you started nawing, but girl someone needs to teach you how to have a good nawin'. You should have saved that bone for later when you had time for a proper 15 mintue naw at least! 🤣🤣 🤣🤣🤣

    I used cream for a sauce and after reading the ingreadients of the " sweet cream" ...it had 0,3grams of sugar...but butter got sugar** too...so I try to find out if a fasting helps to get back faster into ketosis? BUT its 4 days😮

      I used it for years in my coffee. It tastes amazing and mixes up perfectly. I’m trying it in my creami. I had 1 serving left and added the xantham gum and glucomannon like I do the equip. I’ll let you know this week!
