The term ricer is for someone who makes a bad vehicle look like it performs like a race car. Eg. Put a big ass spoiler on a car that goes 10mph. The term Ricer doesn't apply if you make a super car chrome IMO.
It's funny that people vote for Garage #2, because that's really not a very creative garage in terms of color. At least the guy in the first garage tried and succeed in some of his cars. He had more than just super and sports cars aswell which is a plus.
