No sound proofing at all between floors removing the carpets are a pretty horrible choice especially with the top floor people It would be fine if there were sound proofing to go along with the floor board but there isn't. You can make complaints about them pounding on the floor all night and nothing gets done about it. 🤷 Don't get me wrong it's a great spot but the noisy nighbours sometimes make it a nightmare.
