Today on our travels we head to Pandawa beach located at Badung in the South Kuta tourist region and one of the many beaches in Bali.
In the past, this beach is well known to be one of the regions secret beaches because of the location behind a mountainous area that secluded its location to the unknown.

Thank you for a fantastic video. I’ve watched lots of Bali vids, but have not seen footage of this area before.

Hi Sylvia, thank you for watching. Not many people know about this place and it's defiantly with the effort to travel off the regular tourist routes to find these hidden gems.

Thanks your video. Know of any Bali beaches that have great inter tidal walkabout? I like to photograph the small sea creatures swimming at low tides. Melesti beach is good but it is nowadays very commercialised. Sanur beach is empty of creatures. Seminyak to Canggu are more of a surfing area. Thanks mate/warren

Hi Warren, unfortunately I can't help you with this. Everywhere in Bail is becoming more commercial these days and it's rare to find a quiet spot. Sanur still has it's quite days although with all the new buildings going on Sanur will just be another Kuta without the beautiful white sand and waves.

@@AsiaStreet365 Pandwa, Melasti and Gegger I love , because non-surfers like poor me can swim in them , and the vibes of these places, authentically beachy 🤩🤩

There's so many areas in Bali which the landscape changes you could be anywhere in the world.

Its good that its still 50k Rp to enter Pandawa, its been that price per car since it opened. Bikes are cheaper, was 15k Rp. The outer reef in front of the main carpark breaks like Nusa Dua, big sectiony peeler that ends in a deepwater channel where you chatted to the lifeguard & then there's a left/right on the other side of that channel. That rough track must has been completed in the last 3 years, it was an uphill carved road last time I was there, but you could walk across to that beach to get away from the crowds, it does get busy outside of the blowy SE season June-August.....If you drive a bit further down the coast, there is another one of these tourist spots with a road carved through the limestone for easy beach access called Melasti Beach. These projects have really opened up an opportunity to easi;y access these beaches. Before there was just a few hardcore staircases down to that part of the coast that still exist at Greenball and Nyang Nyang. Only recommended to the young & fit.
