nusa dua beach was also beautyfull and swim able, but many area was private beach by 5stars hotel or resort there
but as I know all beaches are public - you just need to get to them another way not by hotel's terrirtory

Best diving and resort are in Sipadan, Pom pom island, Kepalai and Mabul island. Best diving for all kinds of fishes!
