Sir, in every 1/4th and 1/3rd cycle of voltage and current, the capacitor becomes charged, then why need some time for charging the capacitor bank.
Plz make a video for an explanation of that one.

Sir example -bulb pe likhi voltage ki value rms, avarage value inmese konsi hoti hai and Jo ham multimeter/ voltmeter pe dikhai d Dene wala voltage konsi value hoti hai RMS ki or avarage.
