That must've come out of a pretty affluent household for sure, dishwashers were still a luxury item right through to the 90s
I'm not totally sure but number one might possibly be for the "Rinse & Hold" cycle. This cycle is to rinse a small or partial load of dishes until the machine is filled and ready for a full cycle. Usually this consists of one water fill, rinse and then drain and shut off...
This is a nice machine, I’d love to see it all cleaned up
Would you buy it and do that?
@@bootsowen amazing dishwasher shame it wasn't in good condition tho
@@bootsowen maybe you should keep it as a parts washer or a workshop dishwasher
Not a chance any modern day dishwasher would be working after 44 years, Miele included!
I have a pair of 1975/76 General Electric 'Mobile Maid's' dishwasher's and they work brilliantly! Still perfectly useable and serviceable after all of these year's. They're top loading model's on wheel's so they're portable too!!
Do you still have this?
turns out these guys also made tvs lol
fire I got a heart AND a like
Do you still have the dishwasher?
Nope
Put it on ebay
Not a bad idea!
noo
This can be used
15 litres of water for 1 cycle
Interesting, because we don't have this brand in the USA, vintage or otherwise. There seems to be embarrassing ignorance expressed here. "Oh, it's hot and steamy." Well of course it is. That's how it gets things clean. And it's not meant to wash buckets.
Aren't you very hard to please?
@@bootsowen I don't understand why he'd be surprised it's hot and steamy. Water is wet, too 😀
