Great helmet for around town, highway or touring.

What about buffeting? I have owned a gang of helmets and the only helmets that I found to be race ready to me under the $600 mark is the AGV K5 and the Scorpion EXO R2000. They are so solid and straight in high speeds like 150
-180 mph I had no buffeting with these helmets. head checks ands everything i had not one problem with buffeting that is my main concern if i spend 500 plus dollars i need the stableness.

Excellent concern. I haven’t experienced any buffeting. Again, this is the track go-to for most looking for an approachable price. If there was a significant issue that would effect a purchase, I would assume it would be common knowledge at this point. Thanks for your question!! Ride safe.

Is this more for the track or is it also good for cruising ?

This lid isn’t exclusive to the track. It’s a great safe commuter with a sport focused design. So be mindful of the riding position you’re in. The 1400 does have more of a pronounced tuck. 👍🏼
