Elden Ring No-Hit Boss Run Nos. 10-12: Black Knife Assassin, Stonedigger Troll, & Demi-human Chiefs

Continuing along with my series tackling all bosses in #eldenring without taking damage, I've got three minor bosses in Limgrave today. A note at the outset that I took a bit of damage from some of the non-boss enemies in the demi-human cave. This is obviously not optimal, but the bosses themselves never hit me, and I was at this for quite a while; it turned out to be a major nuisance to deal with all the junk enemies ganging up on me in the cave while also avoiding the boss. Eventually, I decided that as long as the bosses didn't hit me, I'd settle. I could eventually get there, but this fight is just way too stupid to put that kind of effort into.
The Black Knife Assassin is the really interesting one here. The dagger combos were really making me disengage until I realized that a well-timed strafe to the side caused her to miss and gave a perfect punishing opportunity. This was fun practice, because I definitely don't do enough strafing in FromSoft games. Dodge rolling is just so much fun, but strafing is a really powerful tool, and I need to incorporate that more regularly into my move set. I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunities to strengthen this skill on this run!
