The 2nd Thomas Shoal is about 200 kms from the Philippines while it's 1,000 kms from Hainan Island. So clearly, Ayungin Shoal as we Filipinos call it, belongs only to us Filipinos. The 9 Dash Line only exist in Beijing's imagination because that was trashed in the 2016 Arbitral Tribunal decision.

China has no right to change the rules based on international order. If china challenges the rules they are doomed to fail.
