Term ko lang na failed😀kasi we didn’t submit the annotated birth certificate. No idea na yun pala ang dapat ipresent hindi yung certification coming from the civil registry. Hindi nila pinrocess ang passport ni bunso. We need to book again. With the correct birth certificate na dapat..

Maam any update po kung nakuha nyo na ung newly corrected PSA ng bunso nyo at ku g ilang months bagi nyo nakuha at kung nakakuha narin xa ng passport.same case po kc sa bunso ko may kulang na isang letra sa name ko sa PSA nya at on process na ang petition for correction ngayong month lang.sana mapansi.salamt sis

No idea po. Basta yung certification po from LCR ay dpo nila inaccept . Dapat po ay annotated birth certificate po( actual)

Wala pa pong 2k po. Hindi po. Sasabihin po nila mga gagawin niyo kapag nasa Local Civil Registry na po.

1, 400 pero may mga additional pa po like mga photo copy, cedula etc. mag ready po kayo at least 2k

Napaka strict talaga ni DFA oag dating sa nga documents Ate lalo na sa Birth Certificate kaya nga ako hindi rin makakuha pa kasi may problema pa yung birth certificate ko. Haixt. Pero soon magkaka passport din yan si bunso. Hehe.

Hello po. Waiting pa rin po nung tumawag ako last week po. Mga katapusan tatawag ulit po ako. Pero yung appointment sa dfa wala na kasi lampas na sa deadline nila. Mag uulit na lang po kami ng booking/appointment ulit pag nakuha ko na po talaga sa PSA main office yung birth certificate ng anak ko po.

Tawagan niyo lang po sila kung ok na. Kasi 1-2 mos daw po kasi yan bago ma-approved ang petition according sa kanila.
