Very good video, my wife just got this controller and the shop programmed it but she needs to tweak it a bit and your calm and easy to follow instructions help her (who is Dutch) to understand.
This tutorial is good for the TC88 as well. The difference is that the TC88 has a LCD display and more programs, otherwise the programming technnique is the same. Bookmark this page for brain fade which aged people such as myself suffer from time to time! Thanks Roger
Hello . I am writing to you for a personal reason regarding my single-phase electric ceramic oven (230V) Kittec classic Line CB 66 Double and about how to program the plateaus of cooking in the Thermocomputer TC66. I purchased this ceramic oven with the TC66 thermocompudor here in Holland where I currently live, and it turns out that the only manual and instructions I received is very basic and I currently need to do my first bisque firing and later the glazing one but I cannot properly program the plateau which is necessary to fire the pieces with the glazes and for the glazes to set in due time and appropriately. The manual I received does not mention at all how to program the plateaus in the firing curve that must be programmed in the TC66 thermocomputer and the truth is I need more information about this so as not to screw up and the ceramic is going to break inside me. in the oven or at the time of applying the glazes, do not exceed the temperature and come out damaged. Can you help me and may be also more coustomers with some other video tutorial? Thanks in advance ❤
I bought this controller for a kiln I bought ( without controller ) , Once it checks itself out ( 1:18 in your video ), It gets the E62 error, and then the fuse inside the controller breaks. There is nothing attached to the controller ( except power and temp sensor ). Error 62 is something about continuing fire after power failure. Since its a brand new controller, do you have any idea why the fuse keeps breaking ?
Hey I've just completed a firing and kiln is on cooling phase, but judging by the cones it hasn't reached the internal temperature that I programmed - can I re programme it (whilst it's cooling) to a higher temperature as it is still quite hot and it would be more economical rather than to wait and start all over again? Cheers Sarah

This is the best instruction video for beginners with firing. Calm and clear. Thank you! Couldn't you make one for TC75? :)
Very clear instructions
The best lesson, thank You!
Very well done! Nice and clear. I love the way things are explained.
The best lesson, thank you. Very calming and understandable explanation :) Would be nice to see the same tutorial for TC88
