Traditional Lundayeh Bamboo Baskets (english subtitles)

The plaiter Sumanti Anton is Lundayeh Dayak and lives in Long Layu village in the mountainous region of North Kalimantan on Borneo.
In Janary 2020 Evey Kwong, Mince Tikung and Margrit Linder stayed with Sumanti to learn from her. She teaches how to make the traditional bamboo baskets Buku and Reing.
