How to fix keyboard keys working as shortcut in windows 10

In this video I will show how to fix keyboard keys working as shortcut instead of letters. W for Whiteboard/Full Screen snip, A for Notifications window, S for Similar to Windows Key and D for Minimize the Windows.
For me it happened while playing GTA V. I've showed here 2 steps to fix this keyboard key issue.

Windows 10 started doing the same thing for me with my keyboard. A quick reinstall of the keyboard driver in device manager followed by a restart of computer/Windows fixed the problem. Also fixed the mouse scroll wheel at the same time that was stuck in zoom mode. Just a simple restart of Windows without reinstalling the keyboard driver did not fix the problem.
