The 3 sliders u mentioned to be disabled. I re enabled them and disabled them again and it works thx alot

guys i found the soloution its the controll boten just fix them your controll botens and it will fix no need for doing any thing else so yes and i had the same problem but now its fixed thank me latter guys ;)

okay now i found the solution for this,
problem : whenever we pressed arrow keys Calculator app was launching
solution :
1. Search Calculator in search bar
2. Right Mouse Click on Calculator
3. Click on App Settings
4. Scroll down and press Terminate
5. Then press Uninstall
Done
Note : after this you wont face any problems with arrow keys unless and until you install calculator again
