  • In this video I will show you how easy it is to interface a Wii Nunchuk with an Arduino using I2C. This tutorial will demonstrate the many features of the Wii Nunchuk, and I will show you how to control the speed and direction of a linear actuator with L298N using the Wii Nunchuk and the Adafruit Wii Nunchuk Breakout Adapter Board and QT to JST SH 4-pin Cable sold here (affiliate link):

I had no clue the nunchuck was so advanced. Old hardware is pretty neat.

That's pretty slick! It would be awesome to rig these up to the leveling legs on a camping trailer. Could even map button(s) to cycle between individual legs or "modes" (like "both forward", "both rear", and "all").

Did you ever upgrade the small solar tracker to a larger panel and 12v? Would be great to see an arduino controlling a larger dual axis set up using a 12v motor to turn and a linear actuator for the angle adjustment. Please consider making it, I think it would be really popular 👍

It would still be fun to do. I'll keep it on the to-do list.

My kids only play Nintendo, so I haven't tried Xbox yet... :-)
