Really fun race the 2nd half! You're not wrong, I did want a better finish cause Auto Club and I love this track. But top 10 with 0x is nothing to be disappointed with. Good run you gave it, especially with 10 or so laps on your tires at that point.
20 years ago I would never say this because I saw this track taking away something I fell in love with in 2003, I became a NASCAR fan. Rockingham and Darlington were my favorite because of the history and how Darlington preceded Daytona etc. The Southern 500 was no longer on Memorial Day weekend and those tracks sacrificed to chase the LA sports market, so I resented this track for that. But, again I never thought I'd say I'll miss this track. Great racing.
I was looking forward to running this but it looks like almost every top split has been a s**tshow... Might be fun if there was a chance of long runs and it not being 90% wreck avoidance.
If you think this 2nd half was holy sh!t, then please go and run the draftmaster series in the pick ups at talladega... Holy f*ck was that a shit show today😂
