After my CM last year, ive been ttc 13m and ive decided to get to my ideal weight as a diabetic. So i can try again after 1m of NOT taking the injection, my goal is Nov/Dec 🙏🏼 i got 4m privately as all the fatties took it now there's a shortage. Im taking it for diabetes n to see if i can lose 10kg as a bonus. Ive lost 31kg since my last pregnancy in 2019 n maintained it, but not at my GW. Ive done this with intermittent fasting, exercise n keto diet. Now as a diabetic im in wk2 of the injection and down 17lbs, i do workouts 5 x a wk, combined with IF and low carb keto. I paid alot of money for 4m supply so i aint messing around. Tho i am desperate to get preg, not that desperate for a disable*d child whose going to live with this rest of their lives, i cant be selfish. I am staying positive n looking at the end goal.

TLDR: Women on weight loss drugs, such as Ozempic, are experiencing surprise pregnancies even while on birth control, leading to potential risks of miscarriage and birth defects, and it's important to discuss options with a doctor.
00 🤰 Women on weight loss drugs and diabetes medications are experiencing surprise pregnancies, even while on birth control, leading to a social media phenomenon known as "Ozempic babies" or "Manduro babies."
24 👶 Women on weight loss drug semaglutide are getting pregnant unexpectedly, and a fertility doctor explains why.
18 👶 Weight loss medications slow gastric emptying, causing people to eat less and experience side effects like stomach cramps, leading to calorie restriction and weight loss.
05 👶 Women on weight loss drugs should stop taking them at least two months before trying to conceive due to potential risks of miscarriage and birth defects, and some women are getting pregnant while on these drugs even with birth control.
55 🤰 Weight loss can improve fertility by improving hormonal and immune communication, leading to increased chances of getting pregnant, especially for those with PCOS.
41 🤰 Some women may be getting pregnant while on weight loss drugs due to delayed gastric emptying affecting the absorption and effectiveness of oral birth control pills.
36 🤰 Ozempic can increase the risk of miscarriage and birth defects, so it's recommended to stop taking it at least two months before trying to conceive, and to discuss birth control options with your doctor if you don't want to get pregnant.
15 👶 Women taking weight loss drug Ozempic may experience unexpected pregnancies due to potential interactions with birth control, so it's important to discuss options with a doctor.
