TRI-POTATO STUFFED BALLS (POTATO, BREADFRUIT AND WHITE SWEET POTATO)😲😋
Ingredientes/ Ingredients:
2 lbs. Papas/ Potatoes
2 lbs. Batata blanca/ White sweet potato
2 lbs. Pana/ Breadfruit
1/2 cda. de sal
1 cda. Adobo/ tbsp. Adobo
2 huevos y 2 cdas. de agua (batir)
2 eggs and 2 tbsp. of water (mix)
Hervir la papa, la batata blanca, y la pana por separado ya que unos ablandan más rápido que los otros. También se le añade 1/2 cda. de sal por cada uno.
Boil the potato, the white sweet potato and the breadfruit separately since one softens faster than the others. Also add 1/2 tbsp. of salt for each.
