@@hitesh6681 i just watched the latest NWA episode, and they kept calling one wrestler a different name. We kinda knew you meant Regal, but it was too good to pass up. What amazed me was how Regal controlled this segment, had RJ City completely out of his element. Could you check to see if there was a load in RJ's pants?
He’s the legend for a reason. He can be the most evil, sadistic bastard or the single funniest person in the room and everything in between. One of the best to ever do it.
In that moment RJ felt like he was a rookie being trained by Regal. And Regal broke out his training voice. It sent RJ to another place. And he genuinely wanted to impress him.
I love how immediately starting off Regal is playing the deadpan role while still keeping the jokes rolling, one of the absolute most entertaining men ever in the industry 👏 🤣
I'm glad things like this exist to give him and other an outlet they wouldn't get on the main shows, Regal's sense of humor has always been undervalued.
OMG, enacting a Coronation Street scene on AEW! Absolute sheer genius. RJ City is fearless and will try anything, including an impression on Dierdre Barlow, ha ha ha ha!!!!
RJ is unique in this business. Nobody mixes self deprecating humor, backhanded compliments and old time Hollywood like RJ does. I hope that AEW finds a place for him on TV. A lot of wrestler's who cannot cut a promo could use RJ's set of talents IMO.
His father being "some wrestler" is a nice little nod to a scene from British sitcom Only Fools and Horses, where one of the characters says his mother wrote "some soldier" under father's name on his birth certificate. 100% intentional given Regal's love of classic comedy!
I personally believe William Regal should have been in a villain role in a movie…guy literally has incredible facial reactions along with an evil look and of course great mic skills…
"I called the pizza place and asked for a thin and crusty supreme and they sent round Diana Ross." Is by far the funniest thing said in these "Hey EW" episodes!!! Which is saying something!
I find it funny that the newer guests gets mad at RJ's line of questions, but the veterans are so comfortable in their own skin that they give back equally ridiculous answers. Great comedy, these episodes make my Sunday.
Kudos to RJ for holding it in when William said his sister said, "We don't care what it is as long as it fits in the cannon." I lost it! I think I blacked out when he swung his hand/arm! Jesus! As always! Great stuff!!
Regal and RJ doing a scene from Coronation Street is the most unexpected wrestling/UK TV crossover since Sheamus referenced Father Ted "Kicking Bishop Brennan Up The Arse" in a backstage segment on Raw.
I never knew I needed William Regal reading Ken Barlow until now. The look of glee on his face when talking about the shenanigans of Gail's washing line was priceless.
I appreciate and respect Mr William Regal. He has been a legend since ive been watching him WCW. This was an amazingly fun interview of him. I am a William Regal mark!
Regal sounds like a retired mafia boss through the whole interview 😂
RJ City. sounds like a Mafia boss?

It's an old British thing!
Love him

It's because he is a manly man!
Like a Mr. Bean meets Peter Serafinowicz of wrestling kinda situation (which I respect tf out of)
Regal popped so hard for Coronation Street he dropped his character for a minute lol
That roll came so fast after Regal yelled at him i think that was genuine fear 😂
Solid roll though haha

RJ tapping into his wrestling days lol

That cannon line killed me. Just brilliant.
I spit a little . "As long as it fits in a cannon".
It was the perfect punchline
Almost broke RJ early in the game lolol
Classic British dad humour
All the joke regal tells are gold
“My animals get better treatment then my children” 😂 Regal is too funny

Seeing William Regal's interactions with RJ City reminds me of his time with Tajiri.
First thing I thought of.
Or as Steve Austin would call him "Tie-jeereeeeee!"
Definitely same vibes
You do know for a fact that Regal hated working with Tajiri? Actually, I don't think Regal likes RJ that much either.
@@jasonjimerson7046 he said on his podcast that he “adored” Tajiri. He said his cartoon thing was a fun bit for the network.

Regal is a planetary treasure and he must be kept safe forever.

His no nonsense voice dealing with RJ's shenanigans = chef's kiss, perfection!!!!
William regal and RJ doing a Ken Barlow and Dierdre; dramatic reading isn’t something I knew I needed in my life. Fantastic chemistry, love it!
But a Hilda having a go at Stan be more worthy?
I had no idea Regal was a big fan of Corrie! I didn't want to assume he liked either Corrie or EE. Lol.
They need to do Keeping Up Appearances next. RJ can be Hyacinth and Regal can be the husband or brother.

I thought regal did great on the read through. I'm now wondering why he didn't try acting or voice over work
Thank God this interview happened before Regal left.

And seems totally rocked out on Red Bull or double espressos lol.
RJ's the Nardwuar of pro wrestling.
Exactly! 🤣
I like him. He has potential. But his voice is a tad too loud. After 5 minutes, its a bit grating.
I love how Regal can give whole comedic interview without even breaking his serious character for a second

Bravo!!! RJ & Regals chemistry together was beautiful.
William Regal treating his reptiles better than his own children is a perfect summation of his character.
He's wearing a Northern Soul T-Shirt?! What an absolute lad!

William Regal's deadpan is incredible.

Regal doing a Barlow impression is f***ing pricless.
