Jonna, those of us who are sensitive souls, feel very deeply, especially in these times there is such a huge shift happening in the world. Questioning our paths is part of the shift. Keep looking deeply keep enjoying what you’re doing. Your passion is the expression of your soul. I’m sending you so much love and peace. 🕊️ ☮️
Jonna, do you know what sets you apart from most other content creators? You said in a previous video that you were scared to not give us enough beautiful and aesthetic content, but that’s something that we love about you! You are genuine and natural. You’re not reading a script when you talk to us, you talk directly from your heart. We love your honesty and vulnerability. We don’t want scripted scenes where you would force yourself to bake beautiful cakes or whatever, or to do plenty of different stuff for beautiful imagery. We don’t want perfect and fake instagram content. We want real and genuine content. Your videos are beautiful because of your smile, your soft voice talking to us, what’s inside your heart and your mind, the beautiful landscapes and nature of your home, your kindness, your loving family, the love that we can feel through the screen. It’s a beautiful simple life. We like when you mess up a cake and laugh about it. You have your own style and you don’t sell a fake and perfect image of your life, or try to be something you’re not. We know that if you do something, it’s always because you really want to do it and you do it with love in your heart. And that’s why we love your content, we can feel connected to it and close to you, and it’s just heartwarming 💕
Ohh...this brought tears to my eyes😭❤ Thank you for your loving words that went straight to my heart, and for having such a beautiful perspective.. That says a lot about you as a person. So, so beautiful!
Jonna, as I grow older, I have come to realize we search and search for fulfillment and answers in a world where we will never find what we need until we look within and realize we've had everything inside us all along. Living from this perspective, in the present moment, makes life magical no matter where you go or what you do. Many blessings to you! 🙏❤
This is exactly what I´m feeling, too, about this marvelous video, thank you so much for sharing it ! 😍🙏 I couldn´t have expressed it more properly than you did! About Jonna AND about Life itself !!!! Thank you !✨ 💫
I'm almost 50 and I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. I wonder all the time what else I could've/should've done. You are not alone in feeling that way, Jonna. 💗
Dear Jonna, this is the very first time I felt the urge to leave a comment. I didn't expect to be so touched by what you shared in this video. I felt every word you said so deeply in my heart, as if your soul was speaking directly to my soul, and my soul completely understands. What a sacred space your channel is! Thank you so much for your open heart, your courage, your honesty, your vulnerability, just everything that you are. The love you are sending out comes right back to you, multiplied many times over : ) Sending you and everybody else here love from Vienna, Austria
Beauty can only be seen with eyes that can recognise it with. If you see only ugliness in the world, then you are bound to never see the beauty you crave. 😢 Choose beauty. ❤
I don’t think there’s one person on this planet that doesn’t have FOMO (fear of missing out) on another life they could have had. It’s so inherently human to want what we don’t have. But practicing gratitude is really the best we can do for ourselves
Dear-dear Jonna, I've been watching your videos since 2019. I was 12 years old then and I practiced my english listening to your speaking :) I am 17 now and your videos stuck with me. They bring me the sense of peace and clarity and remind me of what I want to do with my life, who I want to become and what 12-year-old-me wanted. You made me fall in love with filmmaking and I've been running around with a camera ever since I discovered this side of youtube. I am going through a challenging time right now since I started university this year and moved to a new city alone. I actually teared up a bit listening to you talking about hard choices and the feeling missing out :) these days there are a lot of things I doubt about my life. I am quite content with what I am doing now and I know that everything will work out in the end, but I also feel a bit sad that I put filmmaking aside, and every time I watch your videos you remind me of this dream of mine :) I just wanted to say a biiig thank you for doing this all and bringing light to the world. It does mean a lot to me 💗
Thank you once again Jonna. Had me in tears. I will be 60 in December and only just finding who I am. It is a life long process, all the ups and downs matter. ❤
Birthday blessings! Sixties will be amazing😊. I’ll be 62 in January. Like all things, there are perks and challenges. Love that you’re still growing and finding you!🎂💫.
I just want to say, as a subscriber to your channel for over a couple years, every time you post a video it lightens my heart. I believe honesty and your heart to create and be authentic is an inspiration for all of us (but especially me). It inspires me everyday to accept these things about myself and to love other people like you continually choose to do. Thank you. It makes the world a better place.
I could see the burn out was coming, you've been so busy for several years, always new projects. It's so good to have time away to regroup, relax and enjoy nature. The mountains breathe new life into us. Kisses to Nanook!
For the last few years you haven't given yourself a chance to truly breathe. Youve had so much on your plate with expanding the jewelry business, opening and renovating a store front, buying and revovating an art studio, etc. You're burnt out. Extend yourself some grace. Go within and give yourself space to breathe, spend time with your little family, etc. Don't feel pressured to make content. We all eill still be here when you guys returns. ❤
Jonna, I totally relate to what you’re saying. You know, I’m 21 right now and I’m stuck in a unfulfilling situation. I’m highly intuitive and my soul is telling me to use my gifts and live in nature. Nature is where I belong. No one around me understands this. Anytime I’m in nature, I feel at home. The animals in the forest stop and stare at me and I can feel them saying: “Come to us, you’re one of us”. You were also 21 when you decided to the quit the studies and follow your soul calling. You make me realize that it’s possible to achieve anything you set your mind to. You teach me to follow my soul. I’m going through a lot now too because of fear of the unknown. But deep down in my soul, I know that I’m going to step into the life I’m supposed to live. Of course, I still have anxieties and feelings of being lost. You’re not alone Jonna, I feel you. You’re an amazing person, remember that ☀️❤️ You touch my soul ❤️
I just turned 70. At 21, I thought that life would last forever. Take your chances and live from the joy and love in your soul. The worst that will happen is that you end up where you are now. However, if you ask yourself "what is the best thing that could happen?" and focus on that, you might be pleasantly surprised at the beautiful life that you create. I borrowed that question from Kerry K from South Africa. She has a RUclips channel that is full of beautiful wisdom and insights.
Thank you for sharing with me/us! It touched my heart ❤ Go follow that calling you sense in your heart. I will always lead you right. Im sending you so much love ❤❤❤
@@pattisorensen5645Thank you dear Patti ❤️ Your text is very sweet ✨ You’re right, I have to ask myself “What’s the best thing that can happen?” Sending you lots of love ❤️☀️✨
Life’s transitions oh my! Reading how a 21 yr old and a 70 year old and myself a just turned 50 year old all working through life’s transitions while witnessing your brave independent and at the same time worldly soul Jonna. Thank you for this space where the world gets smaller and we can connect with likeminded souls ❤️peace
Dear Jonna, one of the reasons you may feel so much at home in your cabin, other than the coziness and beautiful setting, is that it is a break from life chores and worries. My 2 cents, as someone who wondered a lot and found her true house/home only at the age of 45, and also has had her share of anxieties, is that it isn't always about the property or the location or the physical home. You live in a beautiful village with so much land around, beautiful lake and forests. You rennovated your work house and made it yours, you are doing amazing things in your shop and all your projects. The constant need for change, sometimes means that we are not accepting our place and acheivements in life, not truly. Very human. I could be completely wrong of course, but I invite you to ponder, if this need for changing homes come from the outside or the inside. Especially for a sensitive soul like yours. In addition, your biz has grown so much so fast, and all that responsibility is not easy... I think letting go and seeing what life brings you is indeed the best way... And yes, we all feel that we are not fullfilling our vocation, purpose or dreams in different scales. Again, very human. I wish you a wonderful inner journey, full of ❤!
Jonna, I am 71 years old and have spent my life thinking if there’s something more I should be doing. Then I remind myself that I am where I need to be, that the universe knows more than I what it is I need to experience. I would never have thought that I would live for many years in countries outside the United States, Saudi Arabia and Japan in particular. That wasn’t on my radar. As humans we seem to learn from adversity. Balance isn’t something that has been valued. You are so wise to recognize your need to recalibrate. I feel like I could be sitting there having a hot cup of coffee with you. I do so enjoy your videos! Thank you. 🙏🏼💗🙏🏼
You actually made me cry Jonna! Oh god. It's such a gift to have you on this earth with us. And realizing how much of a gift you are, just you living your joy, helps me realize how much of a gift I am too. Thank you.
Im 63 and I realized a long time ago wherever you go you take yourself with you. You made the best decision at the time. You need to make sure that moving to the mountains wasnt a longing to escape. I really love this video. You are such a wonderful creator.
Hi Jonna, I just want to say I am so thankful for this video. I’m a 20 year old student in college, and every single day I question whether or not I should be here, if I should be doing something that means more to me, something that allows me to express myself and find myself. Life can feel like so many things at once, and then there is no room to breathe and even assess whether or not we’re spending our time on what truly matters to us. Lately I’ve been going though a rough depression. It’s 4:54 am right now and I haven’t gone to bed, instead I decided to click on your video knowing that it would bring me some comfort. Seeing the northern lights brought me to tears, I’ve always dreamt of seeing them. I wish I could be there, right under the lights. Seeing you honestly reflect on your life touched me and made me think of my own. Those are the moments that matter, more than anything, and I’m so greatful you have shared it ❤️
I just wanted to show my appreciation for how much you bared your soul in this video. Thank you for trusting us with your inner most thoughts and feelings. Your videos have changed my life and, and helped me get through some of the hardest years of my life. So thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Dear Jonna, I have a tile here in my home saying: The universe makes no mistakes. We all are exactly where we are supposed to be. And I do share your feelings. I dream of a place in nature. I really don't like my life right now. But I am here, doing the best I can. Thank you for sharing you story and the beauty you live in. The Northern Lights made me cry. So much love from The Netherlands.❤
Hi from Wisconsin,USA! I've been watching your videos for years now but I've never really commented. They've been a huge comfort to me as I navigate life after I lost my Mom 7 years ago. Your ambience, art, landscapes, day to day life, and music you share with us in your videos makes the world a better place. 🤍 I raise my daughter by myself and there are times I do struggle, but I wouldn't trade my life for anything 🤍 I am an introvert and find huge peace and solace in nature too. I always feel so connected to trees, nature more than I do with people. I feel at home when I'm in nature, always have. Thank you for being you and sharing your life, work and art with us! You've given me inspiration to pursue my own dreams and you've helped heal my heart after losing my beautiful Mom. Much love 🤍
To believe "grass is always greener on the other side" is really dangerous. Its a trap. The key is to be grateful for what you have and the small, simple things in life. But you have always been a big inspiration for that Jonna. 🎄🧚♂️🌟❤️
I don’t think this is simply “grass is greener” syndrome. It’s trying to make sure you answer the call inside the heart! It isn’t simply everyone’s purpose to find one way of living and stay there. Life entails more in order to grow, but many people sacrifice growth for safety. And that’s ok, but it is natural to question for many people, and that’s ok too! 😊🫶
Hi Jonna, NOPE, I don't think you made a mistake. I think you are exactly where you are meant to be. Being in the village not only gives you more space, having your own house, and art studio, but also allows you to be closer to your family to work together. To collaborate with your brother, your teammates, closer to Soleftea. And I think it's better for Johan too. How would HE feel being in they cabin just you and him? And no space for Nanook in the cabin either. And it is ok to love 2 places at the same time. They're a bit different but offer their pros and cons. The northern lights are truly beautiful!! Thank you for sharing the video, your enthusiasm was contagious :D Have a great day Jonna!
I've felt something was kind of "off" after you moved into that house and I'd noticed your life had become too much "getting shit done" and not so much feeding your soul anymore - which is weirdly exactly what I went through the past few years. Almost like the "magic" was gone a little bit. But I've figured out that it's not so hard to recalibrate. Nature always welcomes us with open arms. We can always rekindle that light inside of us that sometimes dims when we are so lost in the external world. This whole video touched me so deeply, I cannot express it. And I'm truly truly so happy for you that you've been able to express what you've been holding onto. What a relief it must be! Sending all the good vibes and loving energy your way
Dear Jonna, thank you for this beautiful video and sharing. A lot of your considerations, thoughts and feelings feel so relatable. Sending a big hug from the Netherlands
Jonna, the Northern lights are telling you to follow your creative spirit. The lights are never the same, they are always changing and no matter how they look like, we still think they are beautiful. Follow your heart Jonna, it knows what you need ❤
I hope you know, Jonna, that your videos give comfort to many people. I'm a 33-year-old man, and I'm struggling with anxiety. I've never had it before, but it probably came out due to earlier childhood trauma. I'm going out less often nowadays, but your videos always give me hope that there's still good in this world. I just wanted to say, thank your for that! And I hope you'll keep making videos with philosophical themes. I love them!
@@TransientVoyage I also struggled with anxiety for the first time when I was 33. I learned that it was because I didn’t feel empowered at the time, and that I needed to leave where I was. I also became a healer at this time, although I was being ridiculed for it. I also learned how to breathe properly. If we don’t feel empowered, we stop breathing properly. When we don’t breathe properly there’s not enough oxygen in the brain. When there’s not enough oxygen in the brain, we feel anxiety. As soon as you feel anxiety, it is your cue to tell yourself to take slow, deep breaths, and get oxygen into your brain. Then go within and see where you’re not feeling empowered, and fix it. ❤️
I can't relate because after working in Healthcare for 30 years, at some point you have to be happy with what you have, because you don't know how long you will have it! Pray for contentedness. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. You still have the ability to go to the cabin in the mountains. What makes it special is it isn't a daily thing. If you lived there, you would desire to find the next big thing to wish for. Then when you run out of things to wish for, what's left? Be content where you are and visit places you'd like to be, but come back to where you are! You can't live good fearing regrets. Life is too short. Love this video! You have a beautiful life in spite of the downs that have occurred. Your family is wonderful, you got your studio, you are strong enough to chop wood you need, you have your business, Nanook and Johan are the safe place, you can afford food, equipment and clothes, you sing beautifully, you can freeze your ass off in a lake and still walk home! 😂 I love my little life and my animals and my land. I could have done things differently, but that doesn't mean I would be any more or less content. I serve the Lord! He gives me contentedness! Thank you for this time!
Jonna, your videos bring me so much joy. I've watched this one three times already :D- just listening to you with that beautiful scenery in the background feels so comforting. I’m sitting here in my apartment, chronically ill with my lungs, having a busy street outside my window. But when I watch your videos, it feels like I’m transporting myself into the world where you are. Like I’m right there with you, in the mountains, soaking up the energy, breathing in the crisp mountain air, looking at the flowing water, the sunshine on my face. Your words help me cope with what I’m going through, as they truly resonate with me. Please never stop sharing from your heart. Thank you for everything you do
Dear Jonna, it is so difficult to be able to express through these texts what you really want to say, without it seeming like something else. The thing is that I see you doing things that are so important for the soul in these wonderful surroundings and I can't help thinking how much I would like to experience that too. I live in a big city, there is awful noise everywhere, I have no possibility to go for walks, I have no car and no money and I rent a very small flat in a huge building where nobody knows each other and everybody barks at each other. Despite this, I have a small balcony where I sit and look out across other buildings and I enjoy it very much, as if I were walking in a forest or by the sea. What I want to tell you is to live in the moment and enjoy every second as if it were your last, without thinking too much about what is coming or might come. Just breathe and live, with lots of love.
Oh, Jonna, I'm now 63, and have had a number of crossroads in life. Some have led to extreme challenges, and others to wonderful things. But I've learned through my life, that if you go on your instinct--even if it's rough--there's some lesson to learn that will stand you in good stead later on. Love seeing the nature and world you live in. It's calming and beautiful, and rugged and challenging. All the best to you.
Jonna, about the northern lights. I want to tell you something that was one of the most profound things I ever heard. "Just because science now knows how it works, does not mean it is any less magical than it was before." If anything, knowing how something works should make it more magical than ever! So, may whimsical tranquility be upon you, till we meet again.
Thank you, great video, I’m 67 years old and I have spent the last year feeling like I missed out on my purpose in life even though I have lived my life trying to do everything the best I can, thank you for your encouragement
Jonna, I always felt that you were doing in your life what you are meant to do; you touch us all with your beautiful videos with so much positive energy, you took the step to move far away in the cold in the middle of nowhere (most of us dream about that), you share the magic of nature, you create videos, own a webshop, a physical shop and you have like 3 houses where you can stay and I think your ancestors would be really proud of you. Keep following your heart and I hope you keep sharing these beautiful parts of your soul with us.
It seems like you made the right choice. Too much of a good thing can be bad. Having the cabin as a retreat gives you a chance to escape for a bit. If you lived exclusively in the cabin you might still have troubles but nowhere to go to escape them. Save the cabin for only serenity and creativity. I want to escape my problems all the time but have nowhere to go or anyone else to go to. Be so thankful you can.
I often worry that I'm not living my life to the fullest. Something that comforts me, though, is thinking about how in the grand scheme of things, the odds that I would have been born was one in trillions. We get such a short time on this earth, but we do get time. Maybe we're already living our purpose simply by existing. I try to follow what feels meaningful and fulfilling, even if I can't put it on a resume or share it with anyone but myself. Prioritizing meaning over purpose/achievements has brought me a lot of peace and happiness. I think many of us here are following what feels meaningful, consciously or not. Thoughtful souls often gravitate towards things that call our hearts ❤
Thank you for writing this. I feel the exact same way and am grateful that others prioritize meaningful moments too. Sometimes it can feel isolating when other people in your life care about profits and accomplishments to brag about over simply living in the moment and basking in the beauty of life itself, and it’s nice to see a community online that possesses similar values as I do.
You have a remarkable way of connecting with your viewers so that we feel truly a part of your life. In a world where so many of us feel alienated from each other, you are such a welcomed gift. The Northern Lights were truly magnificent! Thank you for sharing them with us. Peace and blessings to you and your family. ❤️
What is meant to be will be. Your life decisions can always be viewed in the light of “ what if…?” You have taken on so much in the last year with the studio and the shop. These have take you away from the simple times of creating. But they will come again. In your village you have your family. This is very precious. You will have many years without them one day. There will be no regrets that you weren’t there for and with them when you could. You are incredibly lucky to have the village where you live and the cabin in the mountains to escape to. You are exactly where you need to be right now!
Thank you for inviting us to sit with you by the lake. And for your honesty. I am shedding some tears because I understand so much what you are talking about especially with making wrong decisions. and it makes me feel so seen to hear you talk about it. We are all just tiny humans trying our best. Much love 💚🌙🌿
You brought tears to my eyes, thank you Jonna! I feel very much like you do, I’m struggling to find a good way forward, but you help me feel a little less alone.
A lot of wise people in the comments.😊 We should not forget that our primal brain works very simple. Our brain wasn't meant to be to have so many options. Just hunting and gathering and 'being lived'. I understand you. I feel the same way a lot. Because I have options. And you have the option to love near your family on a phenomal spot (lots of people would love to trade), AND have a cabin in your favorite spot on earth. That's being rich.😊 Best of both worlds.
Dear Jonna, I think you're exactly where you meant to be. I think having so much options (three houses and a campervan) could give you a kind of stress if you are in the right place. Sometimes a simpler life is easier for sensitive souls. I never asked myself if this is it, if I am in the right place. I take things as they come and believe they are meant to be. Sending you much love ❤
Jonna, thank you for the quote. I really needed it. I'm going through a heartbreak, someone just told me we can't be together, because we're too different, even though I always felt like we suite each other very well. And this person was holding back this for months, I was living in a lie for months. But now, that's it clear and he made his decision, I'm glad to hear the quote from you "what is meant for you won't pass you by". That's so true and healing ❤
@susanne4028 thank you so much! Right now it feels terrible, I think my depression just came back and it's really hard to stand on my feet, so to speak. I feel lost, but I really hope it will end and I will find a way out. Thank you 💙
@@its_anchieoh I‘ m so sorry to read about your heartbreak. I hear and see you. ❤️🩹 I whish I could offer you a long hug in real life - if that is something that could console you. Lots and lots and lots of love to you my friend. You are not alone 💞🫂🧸✨ I survived my last heartbreak by telling myself over and over : „if it didn’t work out it was not meant to be.“ And somehow that helped. I also really thought about what I really whished for in my next partner.Someone to be kinder or more gentle for example. And it freed the way for someone more loving in my life. May you be kind to yourself in this hard time now ❤️🩹 - self compassion by Christin Neff helped me a lot too. And asking myself what an ideal best friend or mum would tell me in this instant over and over helped too. I know you didn’t ask for advice. I felt a strong surge to offer some help. I hope this was not overstepping 🙈. I‘ m 💯 % sure you are a lovely lovely person and you deserve all the happiness and support and love in the world. Better times will come for sure. Focus one little step after another. I love you. You are wonderful. 💞🧸💞
@@user-gl6kz2qm1x Oh, thank you so much. I would never expect such supporting and wonderful message. I always knew Jonna has amazing subscribers, but this just proves it, you're amazing! Yes, I'm still trying to get over this whole situation, it brings a lot of sadness. But you know, we had a long conversations with that person, we discussed every little thing, I had a lot of questions, I wanted clarity, I wanted answers. And it actually helped, of course I could just cut him off forever, but it would be harder for me to move on, just wondering what did I do wrong, what mistakes I did. It would bring a lot of anxiety to me. But since we had our long conversations, I realized the problem was never in me, it was just him making his quiet decisions, which I did not deserve. And after all, I caught him thinking that he don't want to let me go, now he tells me that "I wonder what could have been, if we would communicate better and understand each other better", it's like he's not so sure about letting me go. And I appreciate him as a person, he's a really good guy, but the situation is still not great. And at the same time, I know he's convinced that "we're too diffrent", so I guess I really deserve better. Why do I need a guy who can't decide. Again, thank you a lot, I've read your whole message and it made me smile (and English isn't even my first language, so I'm really trying)
@@its_anchie 🤗❤️🩹🫂it was a pleasure to write to you 🤗❤️🩹 Yes I wanted to say this immediately when I read your answer. You do deserve someone to be sure about you ❤❤And to treat you like that. ❤️❤️💞 you are worthy of respect and love
I am only half way through this video and you said something like "I will live through this day for the rest of my winter"... I've been here with you for years, Jonna, although silent and a mere watcher... and I know how difficult it gets for you by the end of the winter time where you live. And although I have family in Sweden, so I understand the grief for light and warmth, I am based in central Europe and my winter is tiny short compared to where you are. If anything, do know that the community and I are here for you, to shine a light to the dark nights the North will surround you with. Maybe it is those Northen Lights - lights of friendships from far away. Congratulations to your album. Stay strong and true to yourself. Thank you!
I was just thinking last night, "I really hope Jonna is okay, we haven't heard from her for a while", and then it made me so glad to see this video pop up this morning. Seeing northern lights like that will never fail to bring tears to my eyes - it's ALWAYS magic to me. Wow!! That light show was soooo beautiful, just wow!!! I think many of us, myself included, relate really closely with everything you've opened up about here. There are many things in life we can regret, or feel not right about, or not completely at home with, but we need that discomfort to happen to help guide us to where we truly want to be. There is nothing to regret - it's all pieces of the path of life that we wouldn't have learned from without that experience, experiences that give us knowledge to help guide us for each next step forward. You're right - it's a purification process. And I love that you can take these days to yourself in your cabin - I know how important it is to take lots of time alone to really get in touch with the inner workings of what we really want, to keep our hearts open to change, even if we don't know what that is yet, but there is always beauty found there. Sending you so much love Jonna!
You know, dear Jonna, sometimes the places we love the most are precisely the ones we love because we cannot live there. But if we move there, they become beautiful yet somehow more ordinary to us. However, if we constantly want to return to a place, if we’re always drawn to it, then it will remain magical for us forever. You have a small house in that place, a big house in another place, and yet another house in the same area. You have so many different opportunities, and you can live through so many varied experiences. You have the chance to escape to your most beautiful and favorite place and return to where your entire family lives. I think that’s wonderful. You can always make a choice and pick something else, but you already have so much. For example, I live in a Lithuanian village-the most standard, the most ordinary. I live next to a cemetery, an old cemetery, but still, when I look out my window, I see the cemetery. But when you look out your window, you see a beautiful lake, a stunning river, and a magnificent pine forest. You are very, very fortunate. And yes, I also sometimes think that perhaps I live in the wrong place. Yet here we are, building a house in this very spot. But as you said, everything that is meant to be will not pass you by. So everything that happens is our choice, and thus, it is our destiny.
Jonna, I moved to Sweden and I swear, every time I go into nature, I feel a pressense, an ancient life. I do believe something lives here in the wilderness of Sweden, never felt something like this and I have travelled so many places and explored deep forests around the world. It is so unique.
It makes me so happy watching a creator that I identify with in my soul whom understands that thoughts, feelings, and other struggles I go through when many around me don’t totally understand where I’m coming from. Knowing that you experience the same things makes the world not seem so cold and distant because many feel it as well. I too believe everything happens for a reason and what is meant to be will be. I’m just tired of working towards what I want but I know I will get my happiness and what is meant for me will come in time. We’re all experiencing the human experience and trying to figure out how to along the way, seeing what works and what doesn’t.
Its so strange. I would give anything to live like you do. It just goes to show how different perspectives can affect our realities. Im sorry you're hurting, and i hope you find happiness within. I know that ive had to find it wherever i can.
In my experience every day life changes our view on things tremendously. This cabin in the mountains wouldn't be the same magical, inspirational place it is for you if you were living there full time. The house we live in is a constant source of chores, making things better, renovating, improving.... we can feel relaxed and happy there but never in the same way as we do in a part time place. So maybe unconsciously you preserved your cabin for you as a place of full relaxation, getting away and being inspired.
Dearest Jonna, I've watched your videos over the years, and envied the courage you have to live your creative, abundant life. It seems everything you put your mind to, you make it happen. Maybe what you are experiencing right now is how big and vast it has become, and you are wishing for things to be simple again? In due time, things will sort itself out. Have faith. Sending you love from Canada.❤
When younger, self-absorption, regretfully ruled my thoughts. I'm older now, and whenever I begin to return to that place, I remember the millions of people and precious, innocent animals who even so recently have lost everything, through war, floods, fires (and there are so many now), myriads of natural disasters. I am then overwhelmed with gratitude for the abundance of all that I do have, and redirect thoughts of discontent with prayers and acts of giving for those who do not. Even though directed for those who are suffering, it unexpectedly brings fulfillment and healing to my soul as well. When I take my eyes off my own concerns and on to the needs of others, I see much more clearly. I regret not having learned this earlier in life, but am so thankful for it now.
Jonna, YES!! I often feel that I'm missing out on something else...and truly, then "reality" sets in and reminds me that I'm EXACTLY where I'm supposed to be. Every part of my life's journey has brought me here! And every step of your journey has brought you to where you are today. My only advice is to listen to your heart...if you need to make a change, your heart will tell you and then make that change!!!! Sending YOU all my Love!!! xo
Jonna, thank you so much for sharing this story and your honesty! Honestly, it is very soothing to hear that you are struggling with the same things than many of us. As a viewer of your videos it is easy to think things like: "oh, Jonna has everything, she lives in the perfect place with a great family an is able to do what she really wants and is talented for etc.". But to hear that you have doubts, too and sometimes crises and are questioning everything from now and then shows, that life never is perfect and you always have to make decisions and do things in your life without being sure, if that is really "the right thing" or not. You just have to find out on your way. And I really wonder if theres is this one place for everyone, where he/she feels truly at home. At least you have found your place in the mountains where you feel at peace, that is worth a lot. I wish you the very best and are thankful, that you are sharing all these insights and letting us take part in your journey!
Dear Jonna, I can absolutely relate to what you say. I live in a dream house, which is actually a medieval castle 🏰 and we recently bought the cottage from our neighbors, because they were moving and the cottage belongs to the castle but was sold apart from the castle many years ago. Now we try to renovate both of the buildings and it is a huge amount of work, and maintaining the big gardens and chickens and ducks we have. We are living the dream, but yet don’t know sometimes what to do first, always a leak or something doesn’t work and my husband has to work his job too. We are very tired often, but I would never want to live the life I had before, in a suburb, with lots of people and noises and no nature around me. Now I am always outside and with beautiful nature surrounding me. I am where I belong to be. ❤ Love from the Netherlands ❤
Every single video touches me so deeply that I often end up with tears in my eyes. Right now, I’m going through a particular phase in my life: I’ve been given much more free time than before, and I find myself reflecting a lot. At 34, I feel like I’ve taken the wrong path from the start. What’s calling me now is a simple life, connected to nature, where I can create, build, and heal myself. I’m trying to use this time to ask myself the right questions about my future. I’ve also started planning some trips. Next year, I’d love to rent a camper van and go on a road trip through Norway and Sweden. Even though I’ve never been there, I’ve always felt a deep connection to those lands. Thank you for sharing your world with us. It’s precious, just like you. 💕
Watching this video and hearing your wise words have made me feel more peace and acceptance about my life than any counsellor could have. You have spoken to my soul. Take care of yourself Jonna, we love you.
I always cry when I see footage of the Northern Lights, it's my life's dream to see them live. Thank you Yonna for sharing with us these beautiful and magical images
@@jonnajintonI was absolutely shocked when I got to see them here in Pennsylvania in the US this summer!! But really need to go to the Nordic countries to see them super bright and beautiful. It was such a gift to see them though! ✨
I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for this beautiful and magical captured northern lights in real time, not only in timelaps! so that we, the people which never saw the northern lights in reality, can truly feel the magic of moments under this beautiful nightsky 🙏🏽
I always have that fear Jonna. It is scary sometimes when I look at how I was 5 or 6 years ago and how I am today. I know I am not living up to my potential and feel like I have settled. I do find joy now in the small things but a part of me feels sad for what could have been. The northern lights never get old to me either. They have a way of bringing awe and beauty that resonates with the soul.
Thank you for the northen lights Jonna, and for your joy and gratitude. You are spreading the most beautiful frequency through your videos. God bless you Jonna! 😊❤
The peace and comfort from your video was transmitted even to me, here, in Ukraine, in the city of Sumy. A few minutes ago there was an explosion - the Russian army continues to attack civilians in our city with drones. There is an air alert going on now, just like almost every day. But, thanks to a miracle, I am watching your video. I don't know what will happen next, but I want to tell you that you brought peace to my soul, if only for a few minutes. Thank you and greetings from Ukraine!
@@johnnyfox6183 Thank you for your concern! Right now, in our city of Sumy, the Russian army hit a residential building with a ballistic missile. As of this second, it is known about six dead civilians, including two children, the fire continues.
Dear Jonna, I've been following you from the very beginning. Your videos are like a peaceful meditation to reset my perspective on life. Exposing yourself and your feelings on social media must be so difficult. Please know we respect you, thank you and want nothing but the best for you. Keeping you in my prayers and sending lots of love! ❤🙏
Jonna you have truly changed my life sister ❤❤.You are a part of every decision I make, and I feel your presence guiding me in everything I do. I eagerly wait for your videos. Watching this video made me feel so happy and at peace, knowing that someone out there understands the same struggles I feel-the fear of not living the life I truly want or am meant for. But your words, your love, and your beautiful quotes fill my heart with hope and courage. Especially this quote: "All the things that are meant for you will never pass by." It gives me the strength to keep going, knowing that life has a purpose for me. Sending all my love to you and everyone who reads this. ❤❤❤❤
I love the saying you just said. "All the things that are meant for you will never pass you by." Thank you for sharing this in a time I needed to hear this.
Dear Jonna, We simply love you and your genuine insights into your life. All best wishes for making the right decisions, balancing your life growth with business, and taking a pause to do the things that are important to you, that you love, and that make you happy and fulfilled.
We miss opportunities literally every step of our way; choosing one thing or one person we always close some potentials and open another ones. We are just made that way, so I guess there is nothing to fear, just to accept one's choice at any given moment and never go back. The crossroads are many, but there is only one path in the end. Thank you! We love you!
Sadly, having too many choices can be a handicap. Living a privileged life can make one lose sight of how fortunate they are, when so many have so little. I thank my lucky stars that I live a simple life. I have never in my 65 years, questioned how my life could have been different, or yearned for something different, even through all its ups and downs. I feel blessed to have what I have. ❤
I agree. I have the same, I live a good life and with that comes more and more choices. I find it hard sometimes what to do. But when I look at war torn country's, I realize that I should be very gratefull that I have options.
@@karolpwhy not? I feel I have. I have enough money to do what I love. I work 3 days and have a nice job. I have a nice house, a stable relationship. Good friends and family. When I look at children in Jemen, who are hungry from the moment they were born, I definitly feel very, very priviliged. 😉
It's an absolute pleasure to join you on your travels. Yes, I think we all feel that we're not in the right place or having the right life and that's not necessarily a bad thing. It just keeps us aware that we're on a journey and that it's one that will continue for our lives and beyond. We're all constantly finding the path and the twists and turns in it. That's what makes life so interesting. Thank you for sharing that and for sharing those incredible Northern Lights. Best wishes!
Thank you, Jonna - these words feel so uncompleted for expressing what I felt, when I watched your video. You brought me to tears - in a good way! I truly wish you the very best for your life and the directions it´s gonna take!!
Благодарю за такие прекрасные кадры северного сияния! Если бы не ты, Jonna, я бы никогда не увидела это волшебство и такое восхитительное звёздное небо! Это - чудо!
Dear Jonna, that was definitely an angel in the night sky who came to watch over you! The Northern lights are absolutely beautiful. You have more support and love than you will ever know 🥰❤️
Dear Jonna, it's always such a sweet, comforting moment for me when I watch one of your videos. I love the softness of your voice, the beauty of the landscapes that surround you, the beauty and love you radiate, and the great wisdom of the thoughts you share with us with such authenticity and simplicity. You are a great source of inspiration for me, like a guide, a star that I like to come back to when I feel a little too much in the dark. Thank you so much for daring to be who you are. And good luck with this period of self-questioning; there are so many of us in this situation, seeking to fully realign our hearts and our way of life. The current energies of Gaia/Terra and those of the wider galaxy and universe are urging us to fully live our heart's call. This is undoubtedly our most important and difficult mission, the one that will create a “snowball effect” until every human being on Earth finally lives in their Heart. Love you so much 💖. Sending all the high vibes and love you need to get through this tough period of time. 💕💫☀🌈🔥.
I feel this a lot lately. I am 64 now - worked for many, many years for financial support, cleaning, cooking, gardening, being the best Mom I could be ... trying to make my home and garden beautiful and homely ... but still dont know what talents I have 😢😢 Often feel that I have not done enough with my life. You are living such a full and exciting life !
When I was a litle girl in the north of Norway. Children was told to never dans under the northern lights. It would come and take you away. But ofcause we dansed. And im still here 😉🥰
Jonna! I am currently in 1st year unversity right now, missing my home in nature everday. Living in constant state of stress from exams. But when i watch your videos, i feel peace, calmness that fills my soul, giving me hope that everythng will be fine. Thank you Jonna for being you and bringing peace into my life ❤giving me hope that everythng will be fine
Jonna, that feeling that I am not living the life that was in store for me . . . I feel that. A place I lived for a while and a person I loved almost came together, almost. I go back to that place sometime. Once I swear, I could feel that life so strongly, that I could tell you who our parent friends were, where our children went to school, the sound of their voices in our home, I could almost drive until I found our house, our neighborhood. It felt as though my heart were being torn in two. My life isn't anything like that. Sometimes, I allow myself to mourn that possible path. Perhaps I always will . . .
Hi Jonna I recently saw the video from 5 or 6 years ago where you. Spend a few days in the mountain cabin with Johan... What happiness that she joys on your faces... What a complicity... And what a difference it is with today's video where you're alone and with the sorrow and doubts about your life... I wish you to find joy wherever it is and desire and love.... Thank you for your integrity ❤❤❤
Jonna, home is where YOU make it! I think you belong in the mountains with all the beauty surrounding you year round. You can always go “home” to visit, but wherever you and your hubby are is home ❤ the northern lights are soooooo beautiful and I wish I could see them one day.
Balance is everything, we live in a ying-yang world. Keep watching for the signs, recalibrate, go forward. This is the pace of life. You're doing fine, Jonna. Thank you for sharing your beautiful world with us, it's an inspiration... 💗
Your talents, so many cannot be denied, and an opportunity to live and experience a beautiful place, with your art studio, home, a retreat in the mountains and a new business supporting your life style, and family and friends around you. What ever is troubling you, remember that letting go of things that no longer work for you, is also offering a kindness to someone else and setting them free from your doubts, in order to move on. I hope you understand my thoughts and it is sent with love , your videos help me enjoy a moment of how I would like my life, like your living it for me, love and blessings
Not only am I so happy to have another video from you...I look so forward to your videos! i appreciate all the advice in the comments you receive as well because they help us all too. I love you Jonna and this community!❤
Honestly, my dear Jonna - you live in one of the most beautiful places on this planet. For the longest time I’ve had a dream of seeing the Northern Lights and watching your gorgeous video I really wished I could have been there with you watching them. I have ADHD and your beautiful videos just calm me down and speak to my very heart. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experiences - though we have never met, I feel like you are a sweet and beautiful friend. May the blessings of Freya be upon you ❤
You are beyond blessed to have three homes to go to including your studio where you can create and the cabin where you can escape and rejuvenate when life is heavy. Few people have such an option. My getaway is to go to the pacific coast for a few days, meditate and re-evaluate the coming days. Watching the waves, I’m able to breath deeply and let go of tension. Blessings.
I remember all the work Jonna and later Johan put into each of the homes they have worked so hard to make a place to LIVE/Work. Guess you need shelter when you live at -30 potentials. Jonna started out in the backyard shed. the fruits of ones Labor are precious.
Oh, my beautiful Jonna! I'm sure that almost all of us here can relate to you. I have been living my whole life with a quiet but constant fear of not accomplishing what it's meant for me... Now I try to trust, to be confident. And your words have meant so much for me: "If it's meant for you, it will not pass you by". Thank you soooooo much!
I can see why you love the mountain area so much. I looks like there is such a pure energy there where you can tap into what truly matters. We will always have trials in life, but if you stay close to that energy, it will help guide you. Thank you for taking us along and sharing from your heart 🥰
I FEEL SO MUCH LOVE coming from you to me in this video. When I feel LOVE I cry, and I have tears in my eyes from what you just said about being grateful that every person is here with you. Jonna, You are such a special soul and I send you my love always :)
Finally I missed you so much Jonna especially in these hard times thank you for uploading maybe you don't even know me but you are like a dear friend of me that I didn't meet for a long time may GOD bless you and all of your family Greetings from my beloved country Egypt ❤
My heart feels your heart's questions. You are such a pure sensitive beautiful soul and whenever I watch your videos, a deep peace surrounds me. I too must have introspective alone time to hear what my spirit is telling me. Thank you for sharing so much of your pure heart and for giving us the incredible sights and sounds that you experience in nature. I send you so much love. These are such busy times we live in and reconnecting to the rocks, trees, flowing water and witnessing the grandeur of the Northern lights that you have shared with us has been a blessing to all of us around the world.

Thank you for this answer Marie ❤❤ indeed there is no person without 😊 to realize that - its healing my Fomo 😂 ( i didnt know this Word before)
Dear-dear Jonna, I've been watching your videos since 2019.
Wishing you a happy birthday in advance 🎉
True

Thank you.
You ate a gift from God. He loves you and so do i...🙏💕🎆
Wow, well said. ❤
“ all the things that are meant for you will never pass you by.” Thank you Jonna for your kind words. It comforted me warmly.
Im 63 and I realized a long time ago wherever you go you take yourself with you. You made the best decision at the time. You need to make sure that moving to the mountains wasnt a longing to escape. I really love this video. You are such a wonderful creator.
As the British say; wherever you go, there you are!
Wow ❤ that’s such a precious line !!
Those are the moments that matter, more than anything, and I’m so greatful you have shared it ❤️
@@lucidicity4767 if you are thinking about this every day, it surely means you should be following your heart and soul. ❤️

I raise my daughter by myself and there are times I do struggle, but I wouldn't trade my life for anything 🤍
I am an introvert and find huge peace and solace in nature too. I always feel so connected to trees, nature more than I do with people. I feel at home when I'm in nature, always have.
Thank you for being you and sharing your life, work and art with us! You've given me inspiration to pursue my own dreams and you've helped heal my heart after losing my beautiful Mom. Much love 🤍
From a fellow Wisconsinite, I wanted to give you a virtual hug, and tell you you're doing an awesome job!
Thank you for your beautiful, loving comment. And I am so sorry for your loss ❤ ❤
Danke fürs Teilen du wunderbare Seele ❤😊
If you don t have peace at the Place you are, it s the wrong place

Tears drope over my face while you share from the bottom of your heart. Thanks for your humanity, in these times is so needed. Lots of love for you ❤

Beautifully stated ❤️❤️❤️
I could have wrote that, fellow thoughtful soul.

Your life decisions can always be viewed in the light of “ what if…?”
You have taken on so much in the last year with the studio and the shop.

A lot of wise people in the comments.😊
We should not forget that our primal brain works very simple.
Sorry about your heartbreak. It can be so sad. You will feel better. It just takes some time to heal. Sending you love. ❤
@susanne4028 thank you so much! Right now it feels terrible, I think my depression just came back and it's really hard to stand on my feet, so to speak. I feel lost, but I really hope it will end and I will find a way out. Thank you 💙

I survived my last heartbreak by telling myself over and over : „if it didn’t work out it was not meant to be.“ And somehow that helped.

❤Tusen Takk.Jonna Du er en Engel.jeg elsker deg.
Agreed, a Northern light is like nature fireworks, I always dream to see it, and she can enjoy it so often - jealous!
Oh very well stated & oh so true.
Love this agreed! ❤
Well said.
Couldn't have said it better than this.
❤
So beautifully said. Thank you for your openness 🥲💞❤️🩹💯

Love from the Netherlands ❤

Watching this video made me feel so happy and at peace, knowing that someone out there understands the same struggles I feel-the fear of not living the life I truly want or am meant for.
But your words, your love, and your beautiful quotes fill my heart with hope and courage. Especially this quote:
"All the things that are meant for you will never pass by."
It gives me the strength to keep going, knowing that life has a purpose for me.
Sending all my love to you and everyone who reads this. ❤❤❤❤
I love the saying you just said. "All the things that are meant for you will never pass you by." Thank you for sharing this in a time I needed to hear this.
The only channel where I play the video of it and don't touch my phone at all untill I finish watching it. Watching your videos is like a therapy.❤️
❤ yes, make your decisions and stick to them. Don’t regret anything. That’s life and what a life
Sadly, having too many choices can be a handicap.
I cudnt agree with you more , contentment in life makes you as rich as you need to be
There is no "privileged life"
As someone who is handicapped, I wish I had more choices
Expressing and sharing your emotions is just a gift to us all. We all have emotions and struggles. My heart is with you.
Danke, Jonna, für diesen Austausch auf Seelenebene und die wundervollen Bilder. Das ist ein großes Geschenk ...! Liebe Grüße aus Bayern.
Home is with the loved ones. Once you realise that (comes with age) you will stop feeling this unsettled energy
Balance is everything, we live in a ying-yang world. Keep watching for the signs, recalibrate, go forward. This is the pace of life. You're doing fine, Jonna. Thank you for sharing your beautiful world with us, it's an inspiration... 💗
May I ask you would do you by Ying -Yang world ?
Your talents, so many cannot be denied, and an opportunity to live and experience a beautiful place, with your art studio, home, a retreat in the mountains and a new business supporting your life style, and family and friends around you. What ever is troubling you, remember that letting go of things that no longer work for you, is also offering a kindness to someone else and setting them free from your doubts, in order to move on. I hope you understand my thoughts and it is sent with love , your videos help me enjoy a moment of how I would like my life, like your living it for me, love and blessings
I love that quote also, " All things meant for you will not pass you by " ❤
Not only am I so happy to have another video from you...I look so forward to your videos! i appreciate all the advice in the comments you receive as well because they help us all too. I love you Jonna and this community!❤
I think you're Mother Nature's muse. She's extra creative when you're around. Thank you for sharing the beauty. 💕
@@sassyfrass4295still doesn't mean your blessed. Lot of poor people everywhere work hard and never get to that point.
@@leonievw2466 Jonna is Gifted no doubt - but she has worked extremely hard too.
Спасибо большое! У Вас невероятно светлая, творческая душа. Вы напоминаете мне лесную эльфийку, утонченную, слышащую природу. 🥰🥰🥰
Finally
I missed you so much Jonna especially in these hard times thank you for uploading maybe you don't even know me but you are like a dear friend of me that I didn't meet for a long time may GOD bless you and all of your family
Greetings from my beloved country Egypt ❤
Thank you ❤❤❤
My heart feels your heart's questions.
