Nightmares, insomnia, worry, and even my anxiety and depression have become worse. But after a sleepless week I found this. I almost didn't click on it because it would have been the 6th video I tried and if i failed to help me sleep. But hearing your voice, how calm, comforting, and relaxing you sound just felt like a warm blanket. The sweet words you say melt all my troubles away and help me sleep and stay asleep. I cannot overstate how much I love being rambled to sleep. It doesn't happen very often in my everyday life but it always makes me feel super safe and looked after. That's why these are my favorites of Cardlin's stuff.
