Corn Crispy Recipe | Crispy Corn Chilli Recipe | Crispy Corn Recipe Restaurant Style

Here’s a Crispy Corn Chilli recipe that’s perfect as a crunchy, spicy snack or appetizer!
🌽 Crispy Corn Chilli Recipe 🌶️
Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled & drained)
3 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil (for deep frying)
For Stir-fry:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1/2 capsicum (chopped)
2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp spring onions (for garnish)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Coating & Frying the Corn
Pat dry the boiled corn completely.
Mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and red chilli powder in a bowl.
Coat the corn well in this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the corn until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Preparing the Sauce
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic, green chilli, and onion. Sauté for a minute.
Add capsicum and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
Toss in the crispy corn and mix well to coat evenly.
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot & enjoy your crispy corn chilli! 😋🔥
