  • The hymn “The Sands of Time are Sinking,” also referred to as “Immanuel’s Land,” is a sublime and beautiful expression of the Christian’s anticipation of heaven. The original text, written by Anne Ross Cousins around 1857 actually has nineteen stanzas!
