Where do you get your Blue Crab from around Wrightsville?
Seaview Crab company has them. They have a location downtown and in Monkey Junction.
I fished the same side of the jetty a week ago, only caught a ladyfish and a shark. Maybe next time!
All of the boats were stacked up on the south side today… I saw one of the guides catching Spanish over there so that could have been what they were all after.
The gillnetters are gonna be mad at you for harassing their flounder like that.
Lol. If it’s anything like last year, I won’t catch many once the season opens.
@@ericwilliamsfishing I hear ya. before the season opened last year I would cath 4-6 nice keepers while drum fishing. During the season, 1 maybe 2 keepers on a good day and a few undersized ones.

Up at Topsail, I cought 20+" fish all summer. The day the season opened, I couldn't catch one to save my life.
@@joshkelly9515 I really think it’s the gigging that knocks them down out the gate. I use to work in commercial fishing and those giggers bring in 100’s of lbs of fish per night. $300-$500 nights.
Eric, I'm coming down in the morning. Where is there a good place close to the jetty or boat ramp to find mud crabs or one arm bandits? Enjoy the videos. Keep it up!
Hey buddy, I honestly don't have a great answer for that. I have private access to a spot that usually hold 10-20 and its nowhere close to the jetty. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
Id say that was successful, but then again it sucks throwing them flounder back. Keep up the good work.

I ate a big pigfish for the first time the other day and it was delicious.
