I always like to imagine that one day in the future when all my siblings are grown up with their own families, that we can all live on one huge property like this and not have to be sepererated. I would also want my parents and grandparents to be with me.

This was a beautiful property that had a magical backyard. It had been on the market for many years until someone bought it recently and chopped down trees in the backyard removing most of the shade. Not only that the price went from 6 million to 10 million. I suspect they purchased from the heirs of the older people who lived here previously before ruining it and doubling the price. The inexperience is glaring. I had imagined this place with a gypsy caravan and yurt in the backyard. Now I imagine it on the market for a decade plus.
The fact that there are luxury apartments in NYC for more than 35M and you can get all this for 10M! Worth every penny
