TENDER AND JUICY PORK STEAK l Pork steak ala Bistek l Filipino Recipe

Pork Steak is a Filipino pork dish where chops are marinated and cooked in soy sauce and lemon or calamansi, braised and topped with white onions. It is succulent, savory, and flavorful. This is a delicious dish best served with rice.
Ingredients:
800g pork chops
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium white onion, sliced
2 cups water
Cooking Oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
