Great video. It looks so hard- but worth it. Years ago we walked the rim of Mount Yasur (an active volcano) in Vanuatu. It just happened to be on our anniversary.
Hopefully you guys didn't go to the additional hiking to the Fuego Volcano. That's a fortbideen zone and even the last month a tourist died in that zone and the tours guys are been accused for murdered because nobody is allowed to go a la Meseta. The general recommendation is always check that there are no restrictions for the authorities.
Looking at your lips it looks like you might be suffering from hypoxia, good that you made it down however if you're not 100% healthy hypoxia will make you feel way worst. This is kinda why people who tries to tackle Everest or Kilimanjaro tend to postpone their climb the moment they find out they're sick. If you're going to climb to like 10-15k again I also highly suggest bringing along a pulse oximeter. You can probably get a decent one for $20 off of Amazon.
You might be ride! The altitude is definitely no joke. We have done Everest Base Camp in the past and loved it although the altitude on that hike was a whole different beast 🤯
