Creamy salmon parm pasta

  • Quick and easy 20 minute dinner you can make at home in no time. Ingredients:
    1.43 lb salmon
    350g (half pack ) spaghetti
    Half green bell pepper
    Scotch bonnet pepper
    2 small-medium carrots ( julienne)
    1 small white onion (diced)
    2 cloves garlic ( minced)
    Seasoning
    Nature's season
    Maggie all purpose
    Peppercorn salt
    cayenne pepper
    Sauce:
    1 cup half and half
    3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
    1/4 cup of margarine
    1 tbsp of green seasoning (blended)
    Method season salmon, cube in chunk size then pan fry until desired coloured 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside. Boil the spaghetti with a lil salt and oil until al dente, strain and set aside. Chop all and dice other ingredients, in a hot skillet add butter then chopped seasonings until tender then add sauce components. On low flame combine well add parm and spaghetti at intervals . combine well. Sprinkle more parm at the end and cayenne pepper and enjoy!.
