However it is also attached to the platform in the middle, this platform also has some weird path finding stuff (units standing on it are brought to its "height") this means no only would the platform be wider and longer. Grant, you gotta remember to warp in a pylon to the expo, and then warp in a probe to that first pylon, to instantly expand from any distance for basically free.
That's the beauty of the Spear Of Adun map... we can assume that the bit we see is just a tiny part of the ship... Then again when we see the ship in cutscenes, etc... An actual real-scale Spear would probably consist of several maps. Like that colony ship in HotS but bigger.
So, like, yeah this is real scale, but it also just keeps looking like an overall improved and better feeling Legacy of the Void Campaign? Wow, the balance changes are soooo cool, can't wait to play the mod. Also, the hybrids make sense, which is neat. The slappy one disappearing to do a surprise attack like in secret WoL mission just... Works! It's great!
I love Grant's stupid little puns. When I'm watching this at 2am and barely functional, knowing I have to go to school tomorrow, I can find solace in the fact that Grant will make a Carl's Jr. reference and a Star Wars reference in the same five minute stretch.
That conversation about seeing real-scale Spear of Adun reminds me of the joke at the beginning of Spaceballs where it takes several minutes to pan across the entire ship as it is just so ridiculously big. Along with other jokes like President Scrooge needing to run as the the movie would be over by the time he made it to the bridge if he walked.
If you want to talk about the scale of the Pear of Adun, here's an example: It's so big, it makes Kerrigan's main Leviathan (the one you ride around on in HotS) look small. There's official concept art showing exactly that.

I am unreasonably excited to see this and play this. Maybe I'll even manage to beat a Real Scale campaign; I'm bad, so I roadblocked hard on Tal'darim missions in WoL even on casual, :P The closest I've ever seen to getting a look at the true scale of the Spear of Adun is the pre-mission cinematic for The Moebius Factor, where-in we get to see a fleet of battlecruisers attacking it and they look like tiny fighters in comparison. Orca is absolutely amazing, but he's not a god, so even if he could pull off letting us see the Spear of Adun in-map RS, I wouldn't want him to deal with whatever headaches might accompany the endeavor.
I believe they did show the scale of the Spear of Adun compared to battlecruisers in one of the Mobius mission cutscenes, the one where you get carriers.

25 energy 3 second cooldown pylons. T minus 2 episodes before grant supply blocks himself.
I would give regular deploy pylon a small mineral cost, but gateways get the charges and KEEP the charges when they switch to warp-in mode.
Anyone notice that each mineral field seems to hold more probes?
It does not but I did add more mineral fields here

Finally. This mod shows why the protoss are the firstborns of the gods and the custodians of the galaxy. Ignore the fact that they lost their home planet.
