I left my job today for speaking the truth against the power cyrcle in management. I simply said the system is only as good as the input is and there is no point to blame it if you cannot maintain it. I was told to leave this Friday. Narcisist could not take responsibility for their incorrect inputs, instead tried to find emails, files to point finger the others. Manufacuring of root cause analysis suiting their means. I am proud!

Debt limits your freedom massively, freedom is attribute I value a lot in my life and is very expensive in its own strange way.

I went to grad school when I was 57 in 2018. In my small group I was the ethnic minority. When black students mentioned that they were victims of the system, I said, look at you, you’re here! You’re bright, interested, interesting, and pleasant company. They could not see it in themselves and it broke my heart. I continued to point out their abilities, which were true abilities. And I offered what had helped me along the way; relationship with Christ my Savior, hard work ethic, finding the study methods that worked for me, realistic goal setting and scholarship investigation. Never quit! Always love.

Dr. Peterson’s message is that each individual person must do his part. Not that one man can save the West but that by taking individual responsibility, each person can be instrumental in preventing societal decay. He has stated again and again that he is not pursuing a political career and no amount of agitating in the comment section is going to change his mind.

It's the worst threat to our society if you think about it. The more incompetent people who have included in the job market, the more positions they occupy, the less efficiently the society can function. At the beginning it isn't that critical because the competent people still can compensate but are overloaded. At one point the competent people will just give up, because they are not rewarded properly for keeping things together, and then you'll have a complete mess. Not only will you have incompetent people that will have to clean up the mess, you will have competent people in other (lower) positions that could clean up the mess but are not where they should be. It's a complete disaster and we have to stop it by not participating in it.

Putting an incompetent manager in charge is the worst thing that can ever happen and often a company wont discover it until all their valuable employees have started leaving because many of them will not complain because it could put a black mark on them so they'll just head out the door leaving the company in turmoil trying to replace key people. I know this, I walked out of my last job because of my new manager who was already know as hard to work with and over half the team left before they did anything about her. As of a year ago they were still trying to fill some of the positions that were vacant for almost four years.

    Can't think of a single quota that isn't anti-merit and anti-competence.
The consequence of all the unqualified promotions based on racial and sexual lines means that anyone who values results will inherently start being skeptical of everyone except those not belonging to a protected/promoted class, i.e. straight white males across the board, and asian males in academia. You know that if they make it to the top, it's far, far more likely that they had to prove themselves and stand on their own merits.
There is no better way to make normal people racist than by encouraging 'anti-racism'.

This is literally basic child education. If you sister gets everything from their parents for doing nothing while you put in effort for getting less, you will be jealous and angry. They know exactly what they are doing. Media. They are creating this tension and it will not end well. It never ends well. Splitting up people into groups is literally the main cause for wars between the groups since always. There were enough experiments regarding this. If social science is a science this is something that we know 100%. Psychology and Sociology agree in that case.
We need to stop them. In the 90s we were on the right path. Everyone identified as a human. You can't split up humans.

The issue lies in the selection process, which draws individuals from the lower ranks rather than the top. Despite my disinterest in pursuing higher education, I was chosen for the college chance program. Ironically, I obtained degrees in automotive and journalism, which are valuable fields. However, if the selection had been made from the top of the pool, the chosen individuals might have achieved greater success or made more significant contributions. In my case, I genuinely aspired to become a gamer and day trader, but I was strongly encouraged to attend college.

James Lindsay was a mathmetician before being a dei truth teller and knew it was going south when he was forced to pass the class. That was it. Our school did that to some small amount the first year. Not much. Then it tapered off. Many dropped out in that first year, even with the adjustments. Its a fundamental of the k-12 school missing the mark on the basics. Lack of discipline. Our kids are partially homeschooled now to not have distractions. Get the bad/miss behaving and the special needs kids in their own dam school or class. Kids do not learn when 1 2 or 3 kids rule the roost and no one sets them in their place. Boys all need to be boys and stick up for each other. Girls too. Do not be bullied, get strong. And parents discipline your kids, firmly. Teach them to be strong. Do not put them down so much that they are turtles in a shell. They need to know right from wrong. DEI encourages bullying and is anti-social.

I like the idea of being required to interview or consider disparate candidates for jobs, given the proof of aversion to hiring people with “minority” sounding names. However, beyond considering everyone qualified, hiring based on merit is the only way to have a win-win situation for everyone.

7:12 I had EXACTLY the same thoughts, as I watched recently some youtube compilation of radical woke people. I thought I would bet a lot between these drama queens& kings there are a lot of people with serious attention seeking and victimhood claiming personalities (narcissist, antisocial or histrionic). That is a really good explanation.

I am, as my name would suggest, an ethnic minority in the West. DEI is insulting, particularly in a professional/academic context. Nobody should want to deny opportunities to more qualified candidates based on the sole premise of ethnicity, sexuality, gender or religious background. It pre-supposes discriminatory behaviour which is likely misplaced, and frankly the moment you cease to be a meritocracy, you are on a sure-fire path to societal regression.

The lack of resistance comes from a fear of being cancelled by the mob. People aren't willing to offer pushback if they think it may put their reputation in jeopardy, even if they believe it's the right thing to do. Maybe this is overly pessimistic, but I'd reckon most people aren't willing to risk their economic livelihood to espouse a divisive opinion.

I have a question. Can a person with an external locus of control cohabit amicably with someone with an internal locus of control, within a marriage?

    • @robertmusil1107
      @robertmusil1107 3 месяца назад

I think its possible and quite common. Women will on average have a higher external than internal locus on control. Same for people who are lower social class vs. higher class. It's probably even beneficial for both. If you have a hard time and just blame yourself (internal) it could be helpful if someone just tells you it is the environment that is the problem to take away some burden. On the other hand it is helpful for a person that thinks that they have no control over anything to have someone by their side that tells them there are things they have control over. It's probably symbiotic in some sense. The worst relationship would be probably two people blaming everything on external factors because they would do that in a fight too and blame each other.
