I am one of few who bet the Colorado win total over 3.5 games last year. Listen North Dakota St is a really really really good program. Lets remember Colorado is still building a program. North Dakota St is a power house in the FCS. They won like 9 Championships in 11 years. This aint no cake walk. The new coach use to coach at that program and nothing is going to change. Alot of miss direction power runs with the QB, with a lead full back. Sitting on that clock while Sanders and company is on the sideline, milking that dam clock. DOG FIGHT. That's what I'm thinking. The Bison are all about milking that clock and playing fundamentally sound football. They will capitalize on any and all Colorado mistakes. If the game is within a touchdown by the fourth quarter, then I like NDSU's chances.
@lasallelopez2889 NDSU returns only 2 starting O Line and lost top 2 wrs... a small school doesn't replace that very easily. CU defensive line is much improved with 3 of the top pass rushers in the country at defensive ends. CU is simply going to out talent NDSU, who cannot match up with CU offense. It will not be a close game. Especially, if NDSU can't get pressure on Shedeur Sanders.
North Dakota State’s defense is loaded, especially the secondary, led by one of the best defensive backs at any level of college football, SS Cole Wisniewski. The question to me is their offense, not only a new QB, but also this is on paper the least talented oline they’ve had in some time. Colorado’s advantage is their weapons on the outside, especially with Heisman candidate Travis Hunter , and they’ll feature a top 15 WR core, plus I just don’t know how North Dakota State will match score for score with a team with Colorado’s style. When Deion was at Jackson State, he lost back to back HBCU national championships to a pair of MEAC schools with the same play style as North Dakota State, but I think his lines are a little better since then. My prediction: 42-28 Colorado
good analysis, Colorado struggled specially against spread offenses piloted by dual threat QBs and speedy WRs. They played Nebraska, UCLA, Oregon St and Utah close last year who all run similar offense to NDSU. NDSU would be smart to pound the rock run, chew clock run a trick play or two and hope it's a 1 possession game in the 4th or possible be up. The line is slightly inflated to me, opened at -6.5 it's been bet up 2 points and will likely close around 9.5 or 10. CU is a public team just like the Cowboys so this line could be -11.5 and squares would still pound CU, so there's inflation here the question is by how much. I agree ultimately CU has too much fire power but the backdoor is in play here. CU is at home but until they prove they can run the ball and close games I'd expect this to be somewhat tight. Pass or Alt Spread CU -6.5 in a parlay.
I think 8.5 is right on the money just because Colorado have to answer the questions from last year. Based off of the recruits, and additions from the portal I think they have made those fixes. But I did take the spread with NDSU with my bet.
You guys need to watch that what the well-off videos y'all see what that offensive line is doing they're very competitive and a defense more physical then last year cuz they got pass rushers now
To say Colorado did not do much for their offensive line when they brought in 9 people to compete for the spots. Not to even mention the best lineman had to sit out which was Tyler Brown actually gets to play this year. I think you meant to say you did not do much research of the players they brought in. Colorado gave up 52 sacks last year, 3 of those linemen only gave up 10 all together. The offensive line improves a ton this year especially with being to actually run the ball.
Shows ur a casual and dont understand football. Stars dont matter for lineman. What matters is game expiernce together as a unit. These guys have never played a snap togethoer as a unit. Compounding the problem is you have a true freshman whose never played a snap in college. This line might've been good had they been together for a year already and been practicing the same scheme. I haven't seen them get blown out in one of these kinds of games yet. Could be the first time. It will be interesting to see how CU plays against the grind out first down game keeping Sanders off the field on offense will be the key. The only way NDSU can keep it close is play good defense. CU has 5 really good WRS. The O line pound for pound isn't a comparison. CU has it. The thing though is can they bring it to the field. I seriously don't think the +8.5 will cover, but hey +240 moneyline isn't as much as I thought if you think a team is going to get blown out. I would've thought +350 but this game is going to be about turnovers especially in scoring situations. NDSU lives on turnovers. At the end of the day I want to say 39-24 CU. I hope +8.5 works but its a hope for sure from a Bison fan. This CU team on paper is better than IOWA in 2016.

In response to Segar's comment regarding the O line players, where he says it's better to bring in freshman and develop them as opposed to getting guys out of the portal. That's probably true, if you want to wait three years to see results, and are lucky enough that the good ones don't transfer out. But if you need drastic improvement from one year to the next, counting on all freshman is not a solution. You need a combination of both, which is what the Buffs have done.
No but thats false. That the only way to do it lol. Bringing in transfers on the oline dosent work the way primes doing it.
Name any other program that has started an oline that was completely made from transfers and won anything. You wont be able to. Because anyone who knows anything realises that having a good oline takes multiple years of recruitment and coaching.
Saying Shedeur needed to process faster is absolutely ridiculous. How much faster did you want him to process? He had 1.5 seconds to make a decision
You think North Dakota state is a joke watch the film
These clowns only watch team names. They don’t actually watch these teams play
I’ve watched every well off video and every Colorado channel I’ve study the roster and all they have revamped the offense and defense line and the secondary and the rbs and MOST DEFINITELY ZTHE WRS
ALL y’all know is hunter
Y’all in a rude awakening that wr core is top 5
Colorado O-line just ranked 13th in the nation by PFF analysts.
NDSU lost they head coach
Won't matter that much fourth head coach since 2011 last three head coaches combined for 9 national championships
if you take time throwing the ball against ndsu your going to get hurt. those guys are unusually fast for d lineman.
Always interesting to see NDSU matchup against FBS teams, thanks for commenting and supporting the show!
Rebuilding a Oline in the off season via the portal is not any more difficult than rebuilding any other position of weakness. It’s a “saying” that silly fans & media regurgitate over & over like parakeets with no data to support it
This ain’t no gimme Buffs better be ready ….
Preach 😊
Best of luck and thanks for watching!
Ndsu 28 Col 17 keep that same energy
Thanks for your comment, great game ahead!
They bought in 10 guys, including the #1 OT out of High School.
Seaton is a great pickup. The transfers and how they mesh will be the key. Those are often not quick fixes
Colorado 34 ndsu 17
Thanks and good luck
North Dakota state and upset
CU by 40! 🦬🦬🦬
Thank you for your comment!
Yo why do you guys hate on Deion ?
30-27 Bizen
Thanks for commenting the show, the season is sooo close
COLORADO DEFENSIVE SHUT-OUT 💯
@@kofirey6752 no chance they are like 6-2 against fbs since 2011 fbs schools quit scheduling them it will be close game and if you can't stop ndsu rushing they'll take the clock away
um...Colorado revamped their offensive line...do you guys even pay attention?
Yea that was one of the more balanced takes if heard abt this game. They are 100 % right abt the oline. The only way to build an oline is through hs recruiting and multi year coaching. Name a top progam that has this many oline transfer. You cant lol. Michigan georgia osu bama all have piplines. Yall have this idea that more talent= more wins. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Especially because colorado has two new coordinaters on both sides of the ball. I understand that buffs fans wanna win but anyone that actually understand football knows that what primes doing just dosent work. Name a top program that has anywhere close to the number of transfers cu has.
Colorado 5-7
I watched '22 Az squeaker win vs NDSU team w 3 or 4 Sunday players. '24 Bison aren't so hypey. NDSU: squad going thru transition (😂) to a new hc. CU cover.
Great stuff! Thanks for sharing and supporting the show!
NDSU and nebraska gonna beat the buffalos! 😂
Horrible take after horrible take!!! lol smh CU added 10 lineman trough the portal, the #1 High School OT yet they haven't done enough and they are building out of thin air!!! Lmao sheesh
Not even going to the Sheduer takes!!! Laughable at best!!!!
Did you mention that FBS schools do not want to play NDSU because they are coming to beat the brakes off you 1 FBS team in the last 7 years come on
40Burger
To FUNNY NDSU Better QB Cam Miller better back up QB who will shock you... Better o-line better D-Line Plus you're going to see better coaching on NDSU's part... They will confuse Colorado beyond belief... U.S.Military Veteran... 71...
Colorado regular season win total 5.5 lmao. Under 5.5
Colorado will blow them out 35-0
Colorado by 10 + easy
CU won’t cover the spread
Blinded by prejudice ha
Colorado should have done more to build a the O line? Clueless. We got the #1 OT in the nation and all top rated transfer o linemen what more do you want?! 😂
Thanks for your comment, Deion and the Buffs will certainly have a lot of attention on them all season long!
@@texasborn3417 the problem is they haven’t played in a game together having chemistry and the cohesiveness that it takes for an offensive line to gel won’t be there so early in the season .
CU is better. They have backs who can block
I really wish everyone would just stop basing this yrs team on what last team was and did. If you can't be open minded about that just. No team is going to be the same as the team of the year the before, point look how you all predicted TCU based on the year before and had one of the worst seasons.
Thanks for your comment!
It’s very funny to see the same talking points by the same group of people that do not understand anything about football or never played the game. These people are nothing more than casual clowns who want people to think that they are well informed by the things they hear instead of doing their homework. Colorado will blow them and the score will be 35-0

The Jackrabbits better!
Process quicker and Read quicker/ nonsense with a very sorry O line!! Shedeur is the best QB in college football but you would never know that with anything thess three said/ but the cult media is doing what they do.
This is a statement game for CU, Will the Prime system lead them to the top?
Yes it will, trust the process, Sko🦬🦬’s.
How can you have a statement game against the FCS school really
@@ericwilliams6915 Because CU must dominate them to make a statement not just win
@@1-o-f-1All this hype around Colorado and their statement game needs to be against the FCS school that says all you need to know
@@ericwilliams6915 you can only play what's infront of you
I thought NDSU were good and closest team to an FBS now they ass y'all gotta decide soon thou
Looking ahead is how u lose
Week 1 come out put a statement game out then we carry on!!
No power 5 school should ever say they're going to have a statement game against the FCS team period Even if said team is at the bottom of the barrel in power 5
