We have never forgot our Bangladeshi brothers who once lived and study with us in the similar schools and colleges. We played together in rawalpindi. I do remember in 1970 we were taking our intermediate annual examination in h-9 degree college, Islamabad. In the exemination hall we were about 30 to 40 students. Since we were mixed up urdu speaking, punjabi-speaking and Bangali-speaking and even there were a few pashto-speaking students. On that we were tested in the paper of civics. Some of us including me were weak in this subject. So we tried to seek some help from our friends which was very difficult in presence of our invigilators whereas I still remember our bangali-friends communicated in their bangali-language with each other. After the time was over they told us how they helped each other and we laughed loudly.

You had the immense influence on my learning and interests. I owe it all to you and tell my children about my love for Iqbal, Islam, Pakistan and Quran too. Your initiative to call the religious scholars in school during summer vacations for Quran lessons back in 1989 had deep impact on us.
