    You hoop the same way as me (left)

    Great tutorial. I've been hooping for years and I *still* have trouble with paddle breaks. I'm going to take your advice and go to the park to practice right now. Woopwoop!

    When I try doing breaks my hoop tends to get out of balance wich makes it inpossible to do More then 2 breaks at the time. Do you Have any advice?? Thanks!

      Really practicing it with your chest down really helps, also if you are doing it standing straight up, moving your chest from side to side with your hoop helps also! It's all about rhythm
