Nice pickups, gota love that pre code horror. Continuing on with the EC info; after the code came out they did continue a little longer but were struggling with sales and all the restrictions so they dropped there comic runs and continued to produce MAD magazine, with no comic code interference, only applied to comics not magazines. A few of the late issues after the code wold be picto-fiction titles and even better; incredible science fiction, a run with 4 issues 1956, with one of the last having Wally Wood do the cover, they are good looking books/worth checking out, I have one and love it, that is if your into science? or not🤣, never the less still good stuff. -Cheers

@@HavenForHeroes Oh hey, thanks for the reply. I know the video was about different golden age books (cool finds at that). When you showed the Vault of horror something triggered in my head "hey i know something about that"-and i tend to ramble on about things 🤣 Wow that Mr Mystery is something else, and they command top doller also! Thanks for the showing.

MR Publishing was a company owned by artists Ross Andru and Mike Esposito (who collaborated for years on art for both Marvel and DC throughout the Silver and Bronze Ages). Obviously the cover was done by both of them (Andru & Esposito).
