I to was like you . Worn cheap woolen mittens for years fishing and hunting. This year at Eucumbene(got there just after you left) I used possum gloves same as you, I did ask a sales lady if they were still warm when wet but she said no idea so I said I would kick a possum into the water and if it shivers when out I know its not warm when wet ,she cracked up laughing . so what did I think Very Good !!! but a little harder to dry when wet but yes still warm. 2 mornings I was told hit Minus 10 and I did slip a pair of thinsulate mittens with a flap to cover fingers over the possum and that kept hands toastie warm and those 2 mornings you had to crack ice off flyline as well as all guides on rod . love your channel always watch and appreciate your real life trial and errors

Glenn - you are right - the Possum mittens do take a while to dry out - I should have mentioned this is my review - as I have two pairs, I did not notice this - excellent point - #possumdropkickclub
