- A tribute to Japanese cinematographer Kazuo Miyagawa (1908-1999). Known for his work with directors Akira Kurosawa, Kenji Mizoguchi, Yasujiro Ozu, Masahiro Shinoda, and Satsuo Yamamoto.
Films used: Sansho the Bailiff, Yojimbo, Rashomon, Ugetsu, Floating Weeds, Zatoichi the Outlaw, The Woman of Rumor, Gonza the Spearman, A Geisha, Silence, Chikamatsu, and Ballad of Orin.
