He is seriously one of the cutest characters I've seen in recent years. Your wintry theme design mouse mat would absolutely suit for the up-incoming winter season. You should not feel bad about it being late for the holidays, for its aesthetic will very last until spring of next year. Plus, you never know, maybe it would suit future customers who live in primarily snowy locations year round.

Definitely take those roof leaks seriously, in the town we lived in for 23 they had two major large buildings roof collapse. One the roof leaked for year & they just put bandages on it and one day it all came crashing down. It was a major tragedy.

The axolotl could have blush hearts on its cheeks too. The background scene could be a pink themed aquarium with pink or blue water, pinkish red aquatic plants and light pink bubbles. The Christmas grab bags are cute. If you are thinking of ways to get rid of the Christmas note books you could release a little Christmas planning stationary set released the day after Halloween. It could include the note pad, some to/from stickers, a pack of 6 cards, a pen and a Christmas planner/To do list.

Definitely get the people who you pay rent to have a look at the leaks as it will be in your contract and they need to have a record of all maintenance work done anyway but whoever it is should already have been maintaining the roof get them to sort it out. I've used the temporary paper blinds in the past too. Great option if you don't plan on opening them up very often. But, I left mine on too long, and it peeled the old paint of my moulding. Oops ;D
Be sure to push your landlord to take care of the roof leaks. Do you have renters insurance? If so, make sure that you get photographs of all of your products, equipment, etc., and keep a list of items and their value. That way if things end up damaged, you can replace it.

I sometimes struggle with keeping my procreate files in amazing quality when I have a longer or wider canvas. How do you keep your quality high? I know you use Adobe as well but I can't afford it lol so is there anything I can also try in procreate? I want to make like mousepads and coasters but I hate ugly quality anything lol. I've been hearing a high-pitched noise in your vlogs. Electrical sounding, so likely it's from your lights or some sort of outlet/cord in your studio. I am super sensitive to sounds too, like certain high pitch noises makes me nauseous or anxious. It's only present in the main working studio, your film studio and home are totally fine so it's just the one room affecting audio. Update: I'm watching Mikey's vlog and not hearing the high pitch noise, so could be a mic setting that's picking it up on your video but not his.
My husband is an audio engineer, if you point out which reel/part of the video you used that microphone in, I can show it to him and ask if there’s an easy fix :D
@@KatnippStudios Sometimes if the caption is too poor it can be better to just scrap it, but there are certain things you can fix in post, he mentioned that if the audio sounds "sharp" sometimes boosting the bass even within Final Cut Pro's own equalizer tool could help it

You really should learn Adobe InDesign. I think it would make your life easier for layouts.
Do you use Adobe premiere for your edits? There is an option to "de-s" your audio 😊 maybe your editing software has that too? Hope that helps.
