Dynamite. Thanks Richard. This is the one game in the hot war between the 49ers and Cowboys from 1992-1995 that was missing from the internet arena. Thanks for helping me completion my collection. I now have all of their matchups from 1981 to 2000.
Paul Evereklian The Giants were at home playing The Eagles. Contractually CBS couldn’t show this game. The blackout rules made no sense. When I went away to college I finally got to see DH games. Took another 10 years before The NFL realized how dumb their rules were
I wonder why it’s so hard to win in the NFL…you have a blue print right here…Norv Turner offense, strong arm tall QB, three tall wide receivers(Novacek) an offensive lineman full back, and a punishing runner…and big offensive line…easy….and one great edge rusher=SuperBowl.
Ahhh I loved it. The three-fold death we could deal out back then: The Hammer Death (Emmitt Smith behind that great O-line), the Lightning Death (Irvin on any given down and Harper for the deep play), The Chinese Water Torture Death (Novacek Smith, or Johnson out of the backfield for short to intermediate passes.) You could pick which one or ones to die by, but die you would!!!
For me I grew up in the nineties as a die-hard cowboys fan in the DMV area, but anyway because I grew up then, for me the fox intro was better but this is good too
Watching these games I have a lot of observations, a lot of things to say. This time I'll just say: dang Ed Hochily has been refereeing for a long time!
The Cowboys dominated the trenches in these matchups. Even during the 49er wins in '94, Steve Young was running for his life, while Aikman had enough time to get fellatio and get a pass off.
The Cowboys mostly dominated the 49ers during these years and I loved it…the 49ers have always been one of my least favorite teams, along with the Eagles.
No it was damn near even. 92 game we know the niners blew that game. 93 was dallas hands down. 94 was SF hands down. And 95 was Dallas cuz Deion left SF to go to them.
the best part of this is no fantasy football numbers going across the screen non-stop
fantasy football is big bucks now
Back when the super bowl was actually the NFC championship game. 😏
That is true because these were the 2 best teams in the league.

TheLoneDraftsman The 94 game was the best one. Real drama after 3 straight Cowboys wins
Refs decided then like they do now
Michael Irvin was a BEAST in this game!!!!!

You're welcome John and to everyone who watched it. #Nostalgia
Texas stadium was cool to play there. It was great for the cowboys.
Man i sure missed the CBS nfl theme song and most of all the voice of Pat Summerall
Awesome rivalry in the 90's.
That intro music is classic
48:56
Madden: You know, is there anything plainer than a referee's cap?
Summerall: ......no
Epic response

Is there anything plainer in the world then a referee’s cap..
“John Madden” 😂😂😂😂😂
Ed Hochuli didnt have big arms back then.
No. He didn't really start getting jacked until around 2002.
Ed meet STEROIDS a Quinn Martin Production. Lol
As a die hard cowboy fan l remember that game.

@@jmar5127 92 Niners blew the game? Cowboys controlled the entire game. What are you talking about?
Wish we had better defense in 92 and 93
No. As a Cowboys fan I’m rather grateful. …But I know what you mean!!!
What the heck is a long-distance phone call, and why did yall pay for that lmao
15:56 Now that's a roughing a kicker penalty the Niners got their money's worth on 🤣
Steve Young was/is overrated!
I disagree Steve Young was a great quarterback.
George SeiFART was a bum coach.
