Note, some Wii Les Pauls have the screws under the faceplate.

ok so I did this for my wii guitar, and every button works now, except orange is being constantly held down, what am I doing wrong?

whats the wiring for the wii one? I have the push pin thing cut off and wires stripped I just am tryna figure out the diagram fs before I solder it

You don't show exactly which wire is used for the colored buttons. So how do we know which wire from the fret pcb go to which soldering point on the base pcb?

hello! i know this video is a few years old, but i’m hoping you see this as i’m currently looking to do a bit of an uncommon mod that involves hardwiring with a WT guitar.
i have some wrist problems with my fret hand, so my partner and i are looking to. basically break down our lower quality RB1 guitar and remove the internals from the neck, and then set the internals to the WT guitar inside, and fix the RB neck to the WT body, then hardwire. as i know this is definitely not a common mod, potentially not even done before lol, it’s understandable if not- but is there any likelihood you’d have the means to give us some insight on the best way to do this? the only reason this is even being done, is since i want to play GH3 in engine, but cannot seem to withstand the neck of the GH controllers, either pain wise or accuracy wise due to my wrist issues, but RB controller necks work just fine.
