Robert, I'm a huge fan! I used your vid of "one headlight" to learn the guitar parts for my band. You'r example is better than any of the stupid tutorials out there. To me it represents how one would approach it with a single guitarist, which was perfect bc we are a trio. Anyhow, that vid led me to this one which inspired me to add the song to our setlist. I just really admire your commitment to getting the tones right and your time/technique is perfection. Especially that loose right wrist, the mark of a classy rhythym player! Please make more of these, they are KILLER!
Great playing, one critique, after the bendy part, the last 2 notes are actually on the D string 3rd fret then 2nd, you’re playing 4th then 2, it will sound more like the album. Great playing and tone you have. 😎
The"bendy part" you refer to is the act of changing the pitch of the fretted note by bending the string. This is exactly what the player is doing to achieve the same sound as the original version. I don't know how he could have played it any better but am willing to admit I'm wrong if you can post a clip playing the notes you have described in your critique. Would love to see it. Thanks
