The best quote I know comes from Mike and I try to apply it in all aspects in life. He got the question about if he was afraid to mess up a paintjob when he make that last touches after spending so much time and effort to (it was a several layer job with skulls, truflames, lines, rips, you name it) and he just replyed with a smile and a shrug: ”At first I was, until I realized it’s just paint! If I mess up I can just repaint it!”
Take care of each other! Call your loved ones! We never know when they’ll leave us! Be safe out there!
It's funny I just wrote that before I read what you wrote. It's hard to mess a paint job up because you can just make something else out of it.
Like oil painting you can keep putting layers and layers over it.

His video's are still with us so his teaching is still going on. This is my second time watching his video I'm learning as I'm watching Mike's video's I like to think he's idea's and work are living on through us from his influence?

I have liked Mike's stripping work and his breakthrough with true fire...what can anyone say... I knew a couple of airbrush custom from Detroit who gave up on trying to work out a process in the early 70's.
Saying that... are you serious??? Using an old 60's-early 70's technique (carpet foam) as new. You hvae to be above that one mate... come on.
